I have received feed back from the owner of this location, a rather prompt response I might add from one I can only assume has more pressing matters to attend to which has in effect restored my faith in humanity if you will.
This is what greatness is all about. Dont know the man/woman but with confidence I can say he/she certainly values the person over the dollar and for that I thank you. I will make it a point to revisit this location and I look forward to the changes I know are coming. You have my support

Placed a mobile order for 99 cent coffee. Was told that all mobile orders are being cancelled. They could have honored the price,but they didn’t. Instead they said they had all coffees for 1.99. So I paid for 2 transactions, my original mobile order and the transaction at the restaurant. Hopefully my mobile order is actually refunded. There is notice outside for others to be aware that this is going on. I know that the restaurant itself cannot control the app, but as a courtesy they can put a sign up. They should have also honored the 99cent price or charge me for a senior coffee for the inconvenience.

On a Saturday evening not so busy compared to a weekday. I waited 15 minutes to to get 1 iced coffee brought to me “curbside service” I ordered ahead of time. Other locations get a coffee to me in 2 mins. I don’t blame the employees. Just expect delays at this location

I got order correct at drive thru screen & cashier review it too but when I pay it with coupon same total no discount showing I order 2 identical happy meal one is wrong order then my pumpkin coffee came out plane then they won’t honor my receipt. Please look at my photo attached how bad their receipt was so no-one can argue If not because of my kids im not going there at all

I live near the area so I come to this McDonald often. Last year and this year once again they dont have the pumpkin iced coffee available in the morning. They need to put sold out on the drive thru menu so that we are aware!! Very disappointing, stop advertising what you dont have!!
