The staff are all very nice and helpful.
The food is inconsistent in quality and more often than not it is stale, over cooked or left out to dry.
There are only a few menu items I can order that aren’t always terrible, but lately even those items are coming out stale, or tasting like it’s old food.

Staff is incompetent. Orders are fulfilled entirely wrong or missing items. Often times stuck in a number they fully forget outside at the curb. Food prepared so slowly that it comes out cold. Burgers prepped and served with missing ingredients. Barely ever follow through with request for sauce packets.

The food was so ridiculously greasy. There were puddles of grease in the boxes the burgers come in. Our daughter couldn’t eat hers chicken tenders because they were soaked. She ended up going next door to the gas station to get better food.

This is an exceptional mcdonalds. Easy on/off on 26, great spot to grab food before driving to the coast. Obviously mcdonalds is very consistent across stores, but this one is always top notch.

BAD FOOD First time ever at this location. Horrible food; lousy service. I come here frequently and have always been happy; BUT this evening I ordered 2 spicy McChicken s. I eat them all the time. While eating the first one I thought it wasn’t right, but I ate it. Started in on the second one, one bite and gave it up. Went to counter and asked for something else. NOT ONLY DID THE GUY NOT COMPENSATE ME ! BUT THE FOLLOWING HAMBURGER AT FULL(high) PRICE WAS AWFUL !!! WHAT HAPPENED

It’s not well known but McDonalds has the best chocolate chip cookies. Today I used restraint and had two cookies . They don’t advertise it , but they have what’s called a cookie tote. Price varies between $5.99 to $6.99 13 cookies warm and delicious ! That and a large unsweetened tea, is pretty much all I get when I go . Call ahead or it’s a well worth it wait!

Every time I come here I have to park in the waiting spots for a basic meal. This last time I waited just to get stale and pretty much cold fries with my food. It’s not really worth going here anymore.

this location is usually quite a bit more on every single item than the 185th location to clarify it or Cornelius pass which is just a couple more exits East of this location. No different than any other McDonald’s really pushing you to use the kiosk instead of a real person.
