The manager tried to threaten me with the police. I placed a mobile order and when in the line 2 mins already. They already had 2 cars parked waiting. I refused to move since they stated the dish would take 3 mins to cook. At that point it was 5 mins. The manager came to the window when I asked for a refund and said they don’t do refunds and if I didn’t move she would call the police. I told her call them the gone come and say give her her food or a refund. I got my food and if I get sick after eating I will be suing McDonald’s supposedly corporate location.

After waiting at the screen and allowing 5 cars to go ahead of me .A lady came on the mic and said *I just got here * 3 more cars in the second lane passed me .I then went to the first window. I was greeted with “your total is 1.90″ I explained to her I was sitting at the window and asked if she could take my order. She told me to go back thru the line .I asked a manager A man came and told me that ” the screen is broke and its been like that for a minute.I asked him why not put a note up .He told me to get out my car and come in . I Asked him was there anything else besides that .He begins to explain that he came off the grill to talk to me then eduacted me on the operations of the ddive thru.I apologized for disturbing him . I then went inside as I was told .I have a silent disability some days its very hard for me to walk . Why not just take the order at a register up front .? The lobby was not full at all .Once inside I spoke to a manager she apologized took my order. First time visit and last time .

They gave me the wrong sandwich, I ordered the new gold sauce chicken sandwich, they gave me a sandwich with just mayo and american cheese. I didn’t get the bacon or sauce I payed extra for, and I don’t even like american cheese.
They also force you to pay at the kiosk when you order from it so you can’t pay in cash if you want too, altho it’s not the only location in the area with this annoying problem.

This is one of the only 24 hr locations, and Every time They dont take orders thru the window. When theres 5 cars already in the drive-thru. They say delivery only. Why is the store even open if I have to order delivery?! What a scam. Reporting to the BBB and corporate. Do not go here!!

I recently visited McDonald’s and paid $8 for the breakfast burritos, and I was honestly very disappointed. The portion was shockingly very small, definitely not worth it. It left me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. I’ve always appreciated McDonald’s for its value, but this experience really missed the mark.

I say this with my whole chest: this is the WORST McDonald’s I’ve been to in my entire life. Avoid at all costs. They don’t even take your order at the drive thru speaker. Literally ignore you. Not even a “I’ll be with you in a moment.”
When they do decide they want to take your order, prepare to be in the drive thru for 15-30 minutes. The food itself is alright. Not great but not bad.
It’s unfortunate because this McDonald’s is right around the corner from my house. I wish it was good. It’s very convenient, but I refuse to go here anymore after too many bad experiences. Definitely need a lot of work at this location.

Worst one that I have ever been to. Christmas night after driving home from TN we see they are open so we stop. Took 10 mins to get to the speaker. Then we waited for another 15 mins before we just drove to the window. They were all standing around refusing to take drive thru orders. Looked at us at the window, walked away like we didn’t exist then hollered out merry Christmas. We weren’t the only ones that left and there a line of cars out of the driveway down Gratiot. I will be reaching out to the franchise owner so they know how much money their employees cost them !
