The Ribeye Steak was not edible. It was too tough to cut, and too tough to chew! Almost like meat bubblegum. Horrible. Mostly fat and almost tendon like. The baked potato was good. The picture shows what could not be eaten.

We joined some friends here for a birthday party. There were 11 total people in the party. Our waitress was also serving another two tables.
When the food finally started to be served, there were a couple of dishes served to the wrong people. Additionally, when serving a couple of refills, she gave the wrong drinks to one person in our party, and one person at another table. Not a huge disaster, but with a party, they should have a designated server.
Also, it has been literally decades since we’ve been to an Outback Steakhouse. So I ordered a “Blackened” steak. Outback used to do these back in the day. When I ordered, I asked our waitress if they could still do this, and she said they could.
But, she then clarified with me that, it wasn’t just heavily seared, to which I explained that it wasn’t, it’s a heavy seasoning applied and cooked on to the steak.
Well, unfortunately, something was lost in the translation, as I received a heavily seared steak. Again, not the end of the world, but not what I asked for. And, no, I didn’t ask to get another steak, as I didn’t feel I would get it back in a timely manner, given the group size.
Overall we had a good time, and if we lived significantly closer, we might go back again. But we probably wouldn’t go out of our way to go here again.

I brought my little boys here for a personal, much needed little night out to just celebrate our little family. ❤️
By little, I mean they’re 9,6,4, & 1 years old.

I haven’t been here in about 9-10 years. It used to be my favorite restaurant.
My family, like many others I’m sure, financially struggle most of the time for everything. But, I wanted to reward them because I don’t often get to.
Anyways, our meal was $111.84. Which is not cheap for a adult and 4 little kids, but I let my two oldest spruge and pick off the adult menu. We got the Aussie

We had lunch here and it was outstanding! The hostess actually opened and held the door for us! Casa or Cana, he was our server, I’m horrible with names but point being he was exceptional and he had many full tables but you would never know it, he was very attentive, we never had to ask for anything because he asked first, extra anything, drink’s dessert, he really goes above and beyond with his job! We had a manager ask if we needed drinks or anything! All of our food, appetizers, drinks served in a very fast hot or cold way! Our main course of porterhouse steak and baked potato was delicious and cooked to our perfection as we had ordered it! Salad and sides were great!!! Definitely had a super great time!!! Server very friendly and fun! We enjoyed it so much it was unexpected!!! Huge portions! We will definitely be going here again!!!

Ordered burger and fries. Burger meat was OK but before I could get anywhere near finishing the bun was soggy from grease. Dead Sea has less salt than the fries. The interior is way past a makeover and the only thing updated has been the price which would be considered overpriced for the quality. The waiter was beyond friendly and helpful. Never going back.

Not only did I get Ahi Tuna Togo, but I also got a hot cookie with ice cream. My order was ready sooner than estimated, but OUTBACK communicated throughout the process so I was there on time and all of my hot food stayed hot and frozen food stayed frozen. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience at Outback in Oak Ridge. My meal was excellent!

We stopped at this restaurant, it was amazing. My fettuccine pasta with shrimp and chicken was rich in flavor . The coconut shrimp was tasty and amazingly delicious. We’ll definitely be back for more.

Dear outback (owner/manager).
I came into your establishment today at 2:20 with my family. I asked the receptionist if I could have a male Waiter which I prefer. I guess their is somethings wrong with asking that because I got a look of displeasure with me asking that. Since when did a customer asking for and preferring a male Waiter and not caring how long it takes matter? After we sat their for a couple mins she comes back over and tells me that they have tables ready but they are female waiters. If that’s not what I asked then why come ask me? After she says this gives me a look that I can only describe as sexist which is what it was. I only say this cause my wife even said why even act that towards us just for asking? I would like for someone to explain this to me.

I was very disappointed in my dining experience at Outback in Oak Ridge earlier today. The food was ok but the service was not acceptable. The dining area was not busy at 11:30 but for some reason service was scarce. After dessert was delivered, our table was not cleared of plates to make way for dessert, drinks were not offered to be refilled, we waited for the check for a bit and after paying a detailed receipt was not brought with the credit card receipt. I hope this lackluster experience is not the standard.
