We had a delicious early birthday dinner here tonight! I honestly didn’t know firebirds was a chain until recently but I have been to 2 locations now and have really enjoyed them both! We got the cheesesteak eggrolls, roasted garlic sirloin with loaded baked potato, rack of ribs Parmesan mashed potatoes and grilled street corn. All came out tasting great! Our waiter was kind and attentive. I will say I liked the short pump locations atmosphere better just due to being more romantic/low lighting but this one was also still good and they do have outdoor seating

We have a holiday tradition of going out to eat with 4 other couples this time of year. I reserved our table for ten about three weeks in advance. When we arrived last night we didn’t wait long until they seated us.
Leon was our server and he was fantastic. He was friendly and attentive. The food was cooked to order and was delicious. The atmosphere for our first hour and a half was not loud and easy to talk and hear one another. Then a party of 19 was seated behind us and the ambience became loud. But it was OK.
I had the 14 oz. New York Strip and added the Bacon Butter. So good. For dessert I had their Cinnamon Roll. Very good.
We all had a wonderful time. It was our first time coming to this location as a group. My wife and I had come for a date night many years ago, as had one other couple. We plan to add it in to our Holiday rotation! Highly recommend!

This was our first experience at Firebirds and it definitely won’t be our last. Our server was on point with his customer service and timeliness. The atmosphere was very inviting for a date night but also well enough for the family to enjoy. We had several entrees delivered to the table, first being my Firebird Durango Burger. It was cook to perfection and I could taste the fire that surrounded the burger. Second was my wife’s steak frites, it came very tender and well seasoned. The arugula salad was amazing, everyone loved the parmesan garlic fries, the meal paired very well together. Next was daughter’s steak that was cooked also perfectly and seasoned with the garlic butter tasted amazing. And the side of Mac and cheese, she couldn’t put down. Mother in law had BLT salad with a chicken sandwich with a side of street corn, and said that was delicious. The street corn is very delicious as everyone has a bite of that. The price for everything is what you expect but you get what you pay for, and that’s a delicious meal. My daughter said “if you never bring me back here, you don’t love me”

My family and I came to visit from SC and this restaurant did not disappoint. The service was great and the food was even better!
The drinks were also really good as well. I enjoyed the honey garlic chicken entree with loaded mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. My fiancé had the steak pasta which he really enjoyed and a Moscow Mule beverage that the guys also enjoyed.
My 1st beverage was a lemon drop and my 2nd beverage was a pineapple margarita I believe was the name (I’m sure I’m wrong about the 2nd name drink). But overall great experience and great food. I would definitely return when I am in VA again.

I haven’t been to Firebirds in a while, especially this location. It was a Saturday evening with my girlfriends for our monthly meeting. We always enjoy good food and conversation. It was a busy night, but our waitress was really nice. All of our meals were delicious. No complaints! Will be back soon!

This was our first visit to Firebirds but it definitely won’t be our last. The restaurant has a modern yet warm and welcoming vibe with excellent service. We enjoyed delicious steak and seafood dinners. The prime rib was cooked perfectly, the seafood was nice and fresh, and everything, including the vegetables, were seasoned nicely. Overall, it’s a great family friendly restaurant that’s also perfect for date night as well.

Went to Firebirds this weekend to celebrate our 8 year anniversary. Everything was absolutely perfect. Our server Reese was welcoming, had a great sense of humor, and helped make our visit truly special. If I could give our experience more stars I would! 12/10

I stopped in for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon and ate in the bar area. The restaurant is spacious as is the bar and apparently very popular. While I was seated the beginning of the dinner crowd started to arrive and I noticed 2 larger parties. The bartender was my serve and she was pleasant and while seated 2 managers greeted me as well. My best friend loves Firebirds so I got her go to order. I opted for the full caesar salad as this was my first meal of the day and it was good; they also do fresh cracked black pepper. I’d order it again but would ask for extra croutons because I think the ratio was off for the size. But the full size could easily be split between 2 people. The roasted wings were cooked perfectly to the point I kept forgetting they were roasted. I also appreciated the server asking if I wanted all flats all drums, or a mix when I ordered. The wings were crispy and the sauce was perfect; I also liked having the sauce at the bottom of the bowl to dip my wings into as I continued progressing through the meal.
Great location, service, and food. I absolutely intend on returning for happy hour or dinner!

Server was awesome and attentive. Steak was unevenly cooked for medium well, which made some parts too dry. Probably due to wooden stove. The garlic and thyme butter was delicious for dipping my broccoli in. Steak was still delicious the next day. The mixed salad was good, but a bit on the sour side. The sweetened pecans did balance it out though.

I really want to give the food here a five, but I can’t. The food was absolutely delicious, ambitious, and very different from what every other place is serving, amd surprisingly hearty serving sizes for upscale food, but for half the nice things I have to say there’s a “but.” Like, the service was super friendly BUT no one got spoons to stir their coffee. The roasted carrots were huge and delicious and completely unlike anything I’ve seen anywhere before BUT they weren’t cooked enough and I had trouble cutting them. The potatoes au gratin were scrumptious BUT really dry, why wasn’t there a reasonable amount of sauce with them? The goat fondue was tasty BUT it arrived after every other dish on the table had been eaten and no one had room to enjoy it.
I really liked the food. BUT it is very expensive. When you are paying $15 for an appetizer and $40 for an entree there should be no buts.
I’d like to go back and see if a second visit gets the A+ results I think this place is striving for.
