This place should be closed down, the food is rot gut the service is absolutely terrible. Got a cheeseburger meal that looked like something had been eating on it. It took over 20 minutes waiting at the drive thru just to get this nasty crap I couldn’t even eat because it laid under a heat lamp and was dried out like a piece of beef jerky.

This is the worse place I order door dash. For drinks and get the Frist order and it gets to my house with now straws and missing a drink and half full then I call door dash to get it reorder again and the second time it’s missing a drink and no ice and half full again so we will see what the 3rd time will be worse place ever

This McDonalds is the worst I’ve ever seen every single time I order here it takes forever the food is awful and the staff are less than helpful. This particular evening I waited 20 minutes for a curbside order I had placed through the app when I finally decided to go in and ask what had happened all the while my app was saying my order was complete once inside the staff showed no concern I had been waiting outside for 20 minutes and I was told they didn’t have all the ingredients to completely satisfy my order and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes only to receive cold food that was obviously ready 20 minutes prior just never delivered I’d honestly leave a zero star review if that were possible I’ll never return and you shouldn’t either

Not the best experience I’ve had at McDonalds. They always use the stiff biscuits for gravy biscuit meals. When they don’t put enough gravy on the biscuits, it really isn’t good.

McDonald’s Elizabethton : 3 words : INCOMPETENT, NEVER AGAIN. This is hands down the worse MCDONALD’S I have ever been in , I thought the one on Brown’s Mill Rd was bad but these people make that one look good ! I waited 20 minutes at breakfast time for an order of hotcakes and 2 slices of bacon . In addition to that I had a small Coke . I was charged $17 ! Then when I got the bacon it was a little pitiful piece broken in two . When I complained to the manager he told me it was a single slice they had broken in two ! I told him I had paid for 2 pieces and showed him my receipt and he replied
” well you got 2 pieces , we just broke a piece in half ” . Can people really be THAT stupid ?! Yes , yes they can and are at McDonald’s Elizabethton. Should be closed down until they get competent workers and Management !!!

Placed a mobile order, went through the drive thru to pick it up and was given the wrong bag. I went inside to get the food that I payed for but they ask for me to bring in the already handled food. I told them my concern and how that is very unsanitary because we don’t know if they are really going to throw it away. The worker Michelle continues to say that she doesn’t care and that she would have a manager call the police while using very profound language towards me. So the police come and trespass us and we don’t get the food we have payed for. Instead we get a refund which is no help because we wanted breakfast which was already over by the time the whole ordeal is done. All I have to say is double confirm your order before you pull away from the window or they won’t give you your food at all. Extremely rude workers, completely unprofessional. Find another McDonalds to go to.

Had an awful experience trying to get some quick food. Do not go to the Elizabethton, TN location and expect friendly service. They make your order incorrectly, you take it back to the counter and asked for it to be corrected, and they ask “are you sure you want cheese and lettuce” on a burger that’s supposed to include cheese and lettuce… Weird, I wouldn’t have walked all the way back in here if I didn’t.

Messed up my order pretty hard-core, nice kids, didnt seem trained. McDonald’s cost real food money now, so you kind of want it to be correct. Lots of chores being done, smelt of cleaner but not clean. Kind of glad it got messed up, this way I didnt eat it. Maybe im old, but felt like a lot of devil may care youths handling my food unsupervised. Can’t put it to words but… untrustworthy feels close.

The McDonald’s in Elizabethton, Tennessee is great. Cheerful and helpful staff. Food is always fresh and hot. Such a great place to bring your kids and play in the play room. Restrooms are always clean
