The waitress was completely lost and had difficulty finding the options. They got almost everything in order wrong and went back and forward multiple times.
The burger was tasty, but very small. The fries were supposed to be garlic, not even close and again, extremely low portion.

I tried the Hans im Glück Burger with garlic fries. The burger patty was juicy, but they didn’t ask about the cooking preference. The garlic flavor in the fries was noticeable, but the other spices were a bit too overpowering.
For my drink, I had Wild Berry, which tasted mostly like soda rather than red forest berries. The atmosphere was nice, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. However, I found the prices quite high compared to the burger quality and flavors. Those planning to have dinner here should expect to spend around 25 euros.

The interior design is lovely with the feeling of being in the woods. The location is so easily accessible right by the main station. The drinks are creative and delicious, and so are the burgers. The staff was super nice.

Taste was fine although I did not quite taste the walnuts in the walnut patty and they forgot the beetroot. The patty was too floppy, I think it should be cooked crispy to improve the texture and bring out more flavors. Service was friendly but I had to flag them down to get their attention. I wasn’t checked upon or even asked if I wanted to order desert / finish and pay. Luckily they have a QR code so I was able to self-pay.

I’ve been there with my husband recently and we ordered the same burger (Hans im Glück burger). Somehow, his burger contained tomato and onions and mine didn’t. Also they messed up my lemonade (we ordered in English, maybe that was the problem). But meat in the burgers was very good and the interior is very nice.
