We visited on a Saturday around 830 PM or so and it was dead inside. No other customers besides us. The server was very nice, attentive and accommodating. Made me a fresh pot of decaf. The kitchen was pretty disorganized- a couple of things came out incorrectly- I paid for ham in my omelet but it was left out. I didn’t bother sending it back. My wife ordered blueberry pancakes but they came out as plain pancakes. So she had to wait a little while while her pancakes were re-made.
Net/net, the food, coffee, and service were good. The kitchen was disorganized and not paying attention to details. Cleanliness is also a bit of a concern- our table felt like it had a couple of grease or syrup spots. Not sure why it was quiet, but the very limited staff on duty shows this is likely normal for a Saturday evening. Generally, we were pleased despite the small issues we observed.

The guy seating people was talking in the back while there was 4 groups of people waiting to be seated (about 5 small groups already seated), they didn’t come to seated untill we were walking out. Then they took a long while to get our orders and once they got there we had to ask for silverware to which they gave plastic ones. Aswell as the eggs were raw inside and brown on the outside from having the grill too hot, the pancakes were cold and the butter was frozen. The syrup dispenser was also caked in solidified syrup and looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The only person there that looked like they were even trying to work was the waitress who also had her child there in a corner booth.and although we only got the $7 meal and a burger meal (with $2 eggs comped) it was still totaled $30.Would not recommend going to this Ihop

We ordered through door dash. And last weekend we did the same since we had to go work so we were ordering a quick breakfast. Last weekend we got the chicken hashbrowns and gravy biscuit and it was AMAZING!!! We also ordered the coffee cake pancakes and omg!!!! Sooo good! Well, we ordered the exact same thing this weekend but my husband got another stack of pancakes. Not only did we not get one set of pancakes, this is the coffee cake pancakes that we got…. No where NEAR what we got last weekend that literally looked like the picture. This is missing the other topping and they just look terrible! We reached out to door dash but they only wanted to give 2 dollars back for a TWELVE dollar order of pancakes. My husband thought maybe I ordered the cinnistack pancakes but I checked my order from last weekend and we ordered the same ones both weekends. PLUS, all the hashbrowns were just suppose to be crispy which is possible to do without burning them…. Ours were burnt and it literally ruined the entire meal. It’s just upsetting. This looks terrible, taste terrible, doesn’t have everything in/on it and was expensive for no reason. Do better iHop

My kids and I ended up getting sick after eating here. The people were nice, but they were not very attentive as they seemed to enjoy standing together in a group talking more than they did helping the customers. I had a great server. I don’t remember his name though. But I did witness a couple come in with their kids who waited at the front door for quite some time than never got greeted by a server when they were seated so they ended up leaving. This place was not busy at all during this time as there were a total of three families in the building eating. The atmosphere of this restaurant seemed off. It was not welcoming more like gloomy, and the food was not good. For world of pancakes, they did not taste very good. The bacon was half cooked so I didn’t eat very much of it and the eggs tasted funny. I’m not sure where they get their food from but it’s not a high-quality whatsoever. I do not recommend going here.

Okay, the folks working here are super kind. I’ve been twice and the service is there. The building needs to be maintained and the heat needs to be turned up not only for diners but for the employees who are having to bundle up at work but STILL treat everyone kindly. My first visit, my silverware was dirty. It just was. My second visit, my coffee was served with allot of purple lipstick on the cup. I didn’t drink it. I didn’t nag the staff bc they are helpful and doing their best. That folks need to owners/management to do their job and support their staff. My food has been good both times, though I did have to put out of mind the condition the kitchen may be in. At any rate, I’m giving give stars bc the food was hot and good and the service was great.

The person at the door was very nice, but once we were seated it took about 15 minutes to get our drink order in, which is usually no problem for me, however all the staff were sitting around on their phones blasting tik tok videos, and all I could hear from the kitchen was 2 ladies yelling and cussing at eachother. The manager i assume was arguing with wait staff about their pay the entire time as well.Food was fine, but I would suggest any other restaurant before this one

Wow! I’ve never been to a worse IHOP! No napkins, no silverware

It’s odd to think that as good as the food is that this place always looks closed. My wife and I were the only customers and only two employees – a waiter and a cook. It took awhile (which seems odd being that we were the only ones) longer than expected and my wife’s order was supposed to have cheese in the eggs and sausage and bacon but gave her Ham instead of bacon and no cheese – but they did fix it quickly. On the plus side, mine was this pizza egg omelette and it is a must try!

Visit 12:30pm not many customers but several of the tables were still dirty. Lobby area very warm, dining area very cool. The clean up guy was our host to seat us, after waiting 20 minutes. We had to ask if he could sweep under the table. One waitress had her kids in an area playing and calling for her while she worked, our waitress seemed new not sure of the menu. You could hear other customers talking about their bad experiences as well.

I’m only giving it 5 stars because of Mr. Manuel. When we arrived, he treated us in a very special and professional manner. To our surprise, he was the only one in the entire restaurant, serving and cooking. I don’t know what’s going on with IHOP’s management for not having more employees, but regardless, Mr. Manuel doesn’t leave people hungry.
I wish this country valued mor3 Hispanics like Manuel.
Oh, and I almost forgot, his food is was delicious
