We went to Fish & Slips for Restaurant Week. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner!

Our server was fantastic! She kept our beverages full and checked in on us often.

Since it was Restaurant Week, we each had an appetizer, entree, and dessert. My husband’s calamari was SO good. My house salad had peppers and onions that I didn’t expect.

The main course for both of us was great. My husband had the snapper basket, which we were told was only available during Restaurant Week. He really liked it.

I had the grilled tuna with steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes. The tuna was cooked perfectly. The tuna was so large that I brought part of it home I would definitely order this again!

Both desserts were incredible!!! My husband ordered the key lime pie and was delighted with his first bite.

My chocolate cake was the perfect end to this meal! It was rich and tasted so good. If you are a chocolate lover, I highly recommend it!

My wife and I wanted to get out of the house and knew Fish & Slips was the perfect spot. We brought our dog Opie along with us and sat on the deck outside since it was such a warm day. The waitstaff was so kind and the manager even brought our pup some bacon! Which he was so thankful for! Highly recommend Fish & Slips for great seafood and even better hospitality.

Absolutely loved our lunch dining experience! Delicious crab-cakes, beautiful views, and excellent service — it doesn’t get better than this. Everything from the food to service was perfection, and the atmosphere right on the water made it even more special. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates great food with a great view!

Purchased a sweater as well & it’s super comfy!

Absolutely loved this place! The all-day happy hour on Sunday is unbeatable—99¢ wings, half-off wine, $4 cocktails, and fantastic deals on oysters and clams, both cooked and raw. The waterfront location is perfect with gorgeous views right across from the Waterside District, making it such a fun spot to relax. On top of that, the staff went above and beyond—super attentive, fast, and genuinely friendly. Hands down one of the best spots in the area for great food, drinks, and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Great food and great views. We especially like their meatloaf (trust me!), and fried fish tacos. Only minuses are having to walk the pier in the cold weather and hard to maneuver the stairs if mobility is an issue. Otherwise, we highly recommend Fish and Slips.

My sister suggested that we come here and I wasn’t disappointed.Absolutely quaint little place right on the water, with good food, and service. Kristen was such a doll at answering all of our questions and extremely knowledgeable with the menu.We wound up getting the Thursday special of 1/2lb crab legs and 2 sides, with a little drink of course For dessert we splurged a little, I got the blueberry cheesecake and she got the key lime. And I took home a slice of the chocolate cookie dough cake for the kids. I genuinely couldn’t tell you which one was better they all were amazing!! Was a wonderful first time experience will have to come back next time I’m on that side of the water

Love this gem in the marina. We stumbled upon this place after visiting children’s museum. Staffs were very hospitable and prompt. Seafood was fresh and well prepared.

Felt like I was parking and walking to the wrong place (since it’s down in the water with the boats) once we got settled the service and food was top tier! The food was phenomenal and I wish I had room for sweets, luckily I will be back soon.

Good food, great view of Norfolk (restaurant is in Portsmouth, across river), great happy hour prices. Service was good. Only bad thing about this place is its NOT handicap accessible. You need to climb lots of stairs to go up to the restaurant. That included a baby stroller.

Be ready to walk down the pier to the restaurant. There are steps going up and that is the only way to get in. There is no ramp to use. After you get in there, the staff was excellent, the atmosphere was great and the food was outstanding!
