Had the sausage/cheddar potato cake served with 2 eggs and toast. It was very good. Food was hot. We split it. I don’t like spicy so we got the spicy gravy on the side. I was told it was very good. Service was great. She answered all of our questions and was really helpful. Everyone there was very friendly.

Do not recommend. We ordered the corn beef hash and 2 eggs. We both found there to be almost no corn beef, it was all potato. Extremely unacceptable. Also, the proportions were smaller than some of the other local breakfast restaurants in the area. We both left hungry after eating. The environment is a bit dirty too. Also, what’s up with the 17% sales tax at this location? No obvious signs to make sure you’re aware your meal will be 17% more than advertised. Seems like an odd way to go about paying your employees their benefits. We absolutely will never go back here. There are so many better breakfast options here in Waldo & Knox counties that we won’t be supporting Traci’s Diner again.

On our way from Acadia to Portland we found this simple but very good diner in the middle of Belfast well off the main highway. We were lucky to find parking but it was worth it. The dining room is a simple grouping of tables with a couple of friendly staff. The menu is mostly oriented to breakfast so I had corned beef hash and eggs and my daughter had a veggie omelet. The food was served quickly and hot and the service excellent. We enjoyed our visit so much that we regretted having to go back out in the rain and Rt 1 traffic. Stop by if you get tired of the traffic and hustle and want eggs done the way you like them!

We were there for the Belfast ice sculpture festival. We walked into the diner, got seated without warning of the wait or how much food they were out of. They were out of fish, chicken burgers and the turkey special.
We waited for 1 hour without anything and the waitress said that they haven’t even started it yet. We ended up leaving and ate pizza instead (which was delicious)
The dont said that it’s not normal for the kitchen to be like this but it’s because they were busy and they typically aren’t busy. Not worth it, disappointed in the experience.

I went in here hoping for the classic diner experience and maybe that’s what I got. The food was beyond mediocre. I would have been ashamed to serve it to a friend. Two beverages and two breakfasts came to $43 dollars with the tip. I felt very ripped off given how low the quality of everything was. The interior decor is “authentic” but the seating is uncomfortable and the lighting is bright and harsh, like a hospital waiting room. There has to be a better option for breakfast.In belfast.

A classic American diner with a down east touch. At Traci’s you have a large selection of food; with all day breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The atmosphere is warm and inviting just like the coffee they serve. I higly recommend the Jack Stack for a hardy breakfast with a side of one of their homemade biscuits. During the colder months ask for a mug of hot chocolate with whip cream, you will not be disappointed.

Great breakfast here! Walked in and seated immediately. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had a breakfast platter with French toast. French toast was good, bacon perfectly cooked, home fries were awesome. Perfect spot for breakfast!!
