Complete Lock and Key
My review WAS SO BAD for this location, the owner must have removed COMMENTS & PHOTOS.. Nasty Location, Rude Management {Bo}, does not honor promotional items. Never got a response back from McDonald’s. Maybe McDonalds Corp needs to take this Location back over also. Keep removing the people’s reviews, the people will keep posting.. Even sent an Email.

I ordered through the drive-thru and I was told to pull into the reserved spots and wait which I did. 20 minutes went by so I went inside to ask and there I waited another 20-30 minutes and the older lady was very rude. I am always nice to workers as I also have worked the food industry and I understand but their is no excuse for being so rude when I was polite even though i waited nearly an hour. While I was there I also saw her be rude to multiple uber drivers
leading to them cancelling and walking out which is understandable. Not coming back here again waste of time.

Absolute trash working in this location! Barbara and Dee are definitely in the wrong “profession”! First, I went up to the counter to find out if they had forgotten my order. my meal was ordered 22 minutes prior!!! I get nothing but attitude from lazy barbara who was doing nothing but walking around shaking her head about the young guys in the back and talking about all the kitchen staff behind their back. I would also like to say every time I come into this location it is the same thing with her. She is always talking about the other staff and management. She tells me that they are short-staffed which I see lots of staff in the back. A lot more than the other local McDonald’s have. I tell her that others that ordered behind me we’re getting their food first and she said that doesn’t matter and we will call your order when it comes out. First of all I had mine under table service so it wasn’t going to be called. She never once asked what my number was or tried to help in any way. I walk away bc at that point it was best and my 2-year-old was with me! My brother goes up and the so called manager starts yelling at him saying it’s not like they aren’t working(which he never said) although Barbara is clearly just standing around running her mouth. He is very calm but others in the lobby heard this and another jumped in saying he had been waiting a ridiculous amount of time also and some walked out. They magically got my burger done within seconds!!! The gentleman in the lobby cleaning is fabulous. No problems with other employees either. Just these 2 ladies do not need to be working with the public!!! I’ve been in management for quite a few years. If this is what McDonald’s has at their establishment and they are fine with it then it’s definitely not somewhere that I want to eat at. I have fired people for less. I also saw other people being told to go to other locations if they didn’t want to wait. Of course they were told that with attitude. I would definitely find new management for this location and maybe it’s time for McDonald’s to look into the way customers are getting treated by Barbara and find better employees that actually want to work!!

Came last night to pick up a DoorDash and was told at the drive thru to come in the lobby at 10:50. I go to the lobby. The door is locked and a lady tells me I need to go through the drive thru…. I said they just told me to come inside. She said “well idk why”. I go back to the drive thru after wasting my time. The lady on the intercom says she dosent know why they wouldn’t let me in since the lobby dosent close until 11. The people at this location either can’t communicate or just want to be difficult to inconvenience others…

The worst run McDonald’s I have ever come across, I have given multiple chances but every time my order is either missing something, or cold and crappy. My fries were ICE cold and forget trying to get something fixed because all that will happen is you will get hit with attitude. Unfortunately cannot put negative stars.

They can ever get your order right. And they have bad attitudes at this store. They treat you the way they want too.. Management is just as bad. The manager with red hair. Lives in Montgomery Heights. Yes, she had my so mad I was going to follow her and give her exactly what she deserves with all that mouth running she does. She literally will argue and get loud over stupid things. In front of customers. She doesn’t care yelling and screaming and making it look like it’s your fault.

I came to the window, it wasn’t just at all. The person in the speaker had an attitude and rushed me but I don’t mind at all. Soon as I get the speaker, everyone doesn’t know what happened to my order. After I just placed the order. Wanted me to go to the drive thru again (after waiting 15 minutes to order) and re-order or come in store to order.

Be careful very sketchy location by the train station. Lots of homeless wandering around with hired security in the store. It’s safer to find another location farther away from the train tracks here. Been picking up door dash orders here for awhile and I am running in and out as fast as I can.

If i could give no stars i would.. i was doordashing it was about 11 pm people were still in the lobby one door was locked so we tried the other door where one of the workers inside let us in because we had a doordash order. We proceeded to wait for the order, but as we got it the man threw the bag at us and started pushing us out of the lobby asking how we got in or who let us in making a big deal about saying we were lying about it and Proceeded to cuss at us until we got into the car and drove off with the order and he was still yelling as i was driving away..for why he caused this scene i am unsure but it was unprofessional and very un called for i was just doing my job and it appeared it was an issue he had to still do his too there was no need for attitude and rudeness. in my opinion he should be terminated from these actions i wish i got a name to call them out but unfortunately that was the least of my concern at the time. Do better be kind you dont know what people are going through everyday.
