I’ve been to this particular white castle multiple times and I’ve never had an issue up until today. This is my go to spot and favorite spot in the area, but today it was an epic fail. I came about 4 o’clock in the morning because I didnt eat nothing all day, and for some reason I was craving some mozzarella sticks with onion rings. Let me start off by saying the mozzarella sticks was very mushy, the cheese was bussing out the mozzarella sticks was sticking together. It didn’t have any type of crunch to it. They were very soft and disgusting, the onion rings were not cooked all the way they were warm and I had to go back in line and have them remake my food. When I went back in line, the onion rings were hot, but not as crispy as I would have liked them to be, the mozzarella sticks still wasn’t cooked long enough, at this point I was a bit annoyed because I spent 12.88 for my food, and that’s a lot to not have your food cooked properly. Everything was flavorless and just terrible. This was my first bad experience with this location. I would go visit again, but I don’t like my food to be rushed and I like my food to be made right so hopefully the team can talk to their associates or employees and guide them into cooking food properly. The first three pics is the original order, and the last picture is the second when they remade it. in the last picture the mozzarella sticks was better than the first, but they still weren’t cooked long enough… FYI, I always go to this location and always get the mozzarella sticks with french fries but it was someone else working not the person that normally make it for me and they are usually really good..

Well the food here is always hot, quick, accurate, and tastes as it should. The workers are generally polite. It’s not this locations fault that the chicken and waffle is gone. I’m super disappointed about that decision. It’s also not their fault that this area has a lot of strange activity involving the Mexican market across the street, the people who work/live/hang outside of said market, and the people in the blocks behind the restaurant. Not dangerous but odd to say the least.

This is a very nice White Castle. Service was very friendly and helpful. The place is also extremely clean. I tried the Panko Fish Slider after devouring my usual bag of original sliders. It was good. It was like a smaller and better version of Macdonalds filet of fish sandwich.

I have been coming to this location for years, it’s always a nice experience. I have never had a problem at this location. I typically get cheese sliders with mozzarella sticks and an orange Hi-C drink. The food is the same as any White Castle! The prices are not bad at all, and they have a Freestyle machine so there are a lot of drink options. Many options for vegetarians as well. The service is pretty good, too, and the inside is nice and clean.

Food was hot and fresh. Restaurant was clean. Staff still friendly. Huge improvement! I updated to all 5-stars.
(Previous review) Friendly staff. Fast service. Burgers and fries were hot. However, I was disappointed with my onion rings. I had 3 hot delicious rings on top, the rest were cold and stale.
Every table was dirty. We had to ask for napkins to clean before we ate. Trash on the floors and windowsills.
Will I return? Of course. It’s White Castle!
