Night crew is amazing !! HOWEVER, Day shift crew needs to get their shit together. Yesterday I placed a mobile order & had a friend pick up my order because I was at work & they argued her down that I did not get a drink with my MEAL, so what comes with a meal exactly ?? Oh ok. I called so they could fix it on my mobile order & give me a refund for it . I was told no but I could come back for my tea. How you gone tell me I can’t have my money for something I paid for & did not get?
This morning I go order a sausage egg & cheese McGriddle & got to work to see it was a bacon & cheese McGriddle , wasnt even no egg & I can’t eat bacon . No phone was answered at McDonald’s this morning so my money has been wasted again . Smfh.

Super unprofessional and extremely rude! Placed a mobile order and left out some of our food and the items that we did receive were incorrect. After going inside to try and get our correct order, the employees argued for 10 minutes with us about receiving our food when finally another employee came from the back with our missing food. To make things “right” they gave us our food that had now sat on the back counter for 15 minutes. When I tried to call and speak with the manager she was insanely rude and asked “what do you want” I understand this is not Chick-Fil-A nor is it a 5 star steakhouse but there is no reason for the amount of unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect.

Decaf coffee was just ok. Oatmeal was good but prefer to add my own amount of sugar and not have it already in the Oatmeal. What happened to the Oatmeal cookies? They were delicious

I think I’m done with McDonald’s for a while. For the past year, I’ve consistently been getting horrible service and my orders have been incorrect 90% of the time. From wrong items to half filled drink to missing dressings on burgers… and much more. I just drove through this McDonald’s for food halfway through my 5 hour drive, only for there to be barely any fries in the container and the wrong burger (despite clarifying at the window). Atleast they gave me a full cup of water.
I’ve been handed half filled drinks before with the employees looking me straight in the eye with no care. I’ve worked in the food industry before, I know how difficult and tough it can be at times (especially when short-staffed), but I also know it’s not an excuse to get people’s orders wrong, especially when they paid for it. And it’s not even area specific, I’ve gotten horrible service in all areas.
And if the horrible service doesn’t turn you away, just make sure you check your order before you drive off so you can atleast enjoy the correct food items with the correct quantities you paid for.

Customer service needs serious work in this place. Some are good with their customer service others not so great. And IF SOMEONE ASK YOU TO READ THEIR ORDER BEFORE PAYING FOR IT DO SO! You all know yall don’t like refunding people. Get it right the first time and read our orders to us like you’re supposed to.

New spicy nuggets are BOMB! Chips ahoy mcflurry helped cool down my mouth too. Only complaint is I had to wait 15 at the counter inside after they forgot my hot sauce. Nice looking restaurant.

Stopped on my way to Savannah. Store was not very clean and my children commented on how dirty the bathroom was. They were out of straws, napkins, and ketchup inside and when asked to provide these things employee was not pleasant. I posted a picture of my sandwich since I feel I was jacked my tomato slice and the lettuce was wilted. The only positive was my kids chicken nuggets were hot however the fries were cold and my sandwich was lukewarm at best. I would not recommend this McDonald’s and have no plans to stop there again.

I was there on Monday 7/21/2025. The manager on night shift was VERY RUDE, LOUD, DISRESPECTFUL TO THE EMPLOYEES. I continued to order my food but I couldn’t help to notice how the employees kept quiet. After I fixed my drink. I asked her could I speak with her to the side; she agreed. I politely told her being a former manager, she was creating a hostile environment with loud talking, getting on the phone to call others about a situation. Her and the employees could have went to the office to discuss the issue that took place. Her words, that’s doesn’t matter at least her point got across. She fired one guy in face and laughed about it.. She DO NOT NEED TO BE IN MANAGEMENT. Poor customer service. I would like to talk to corporate about this. Everybody need there job
