The food was very delicious and feels like a healthy choice. the matcha Latte was a little bit on the sweet side. Service was great, just took a long wait to get the food, but we enjoyed the sitting and the flavors so it’s definitely worth it.

If their eggs were fresh and made to order, their sandwiches have that southern comfort.
If their coffee is delicious, their cocktails and drinks are worth having.
If their blood Mary was so good, their espresso martini was wonderful.
Their veggie grazing board had farm fresh veggies and some of the best tasting dips and jams. The salmon sandwich was a very well crafted item and I loved their everything bagel that was crisply toasted and accompanied with cream cheese. And you haven’t finished their southern experience if you don’t taste their biscuits with fresh butter and jam preserve.
Our waitress was warm, friendly and also helped us with their veggie choice options.

Visited Frothy Monkey in Nashville recently and overall had an okay experience. The outdoor seating and ambiance were definitely the highlights — relaxing, welcoming, and a great spot to sit and chat.
We tried a couple of their drinks, including the Irish Coffee and the Monkey Mocha, but unfortunately neither really impressed me. Both tasted a bit underwhelming and felt like they could’ve been much better given the reputation of the place.
They do offer a full food menu, which is nice, but since we didn’t try the food I can’t comment on that part.
Great atmosphere, average drinks — worth a visit for the vibe, but I’m hoping the beverages improve next time.

I stopped in for the first time Saturday morning and I will be back for sure! The Capri sandwich was phenomenal and the Havana coffee was perfect. When I eat at a restaurant, I value the service and hospitality I receive and let me say, Kaya and Kristen went above and beyond. Kaya was so helpful when I was looking over the menu and answered any questions I had. Kristen was very knowledgeable when it came to the coffee’s and I am so glad I went with her recommendation. Everyone in the restaurant had smiling faces which was so refreshing to see! I will recommend this place to all of my friends!

Cold Brew Bliss
Frothy Monkey is our official “third place” in Nashville. It’s rare to find a place where you can sit and work on your laptop, eat a delicious brunch with friends, read peacefully while sipping a local IPA, or (as I have) do all three things in the same day.
And of course, they serve a refreshing, light bodied cold brew on tap, a universal requirement for any establishment that seeks to be a third place.

Service wasn’t great- took the waiter about 10 minutes to initially greet us. As this location is always packed, I wasn’t super surprised. I got the basil grilled chicken medley bowl with the sprouts. It was disappointingly bland. The coffee is all decent, I got two drinks while I was there this past time. I’ve had better visits in general, but I recommend going not on the weekend to receive a bit better service.

We have seen this place all social media for years so we finally made the trip. It was well worth it.
First, the surrounding area is growing fast with food and shopping areas and this coffee shop is close to all of that. Feel free to grab coffee and walk down to enjoy many other places nearby.
The inside of this coffee shop is cozy with tables to sit and relax if you’d like. They have a good variety of coffee choices. I personally tried the Iced Turtle Latte and was impressed with how flavorful it was it.
It was the perfect combination. Will be back to try other flavors soon!

Nice little cafe with a great shaded outdoor seating out front. Got the Farm Breakfast which was definitely filling. The toast was a little stale. Isabella was a great server though and gave us some recommendations on things to do in Nashville. Would recommend!
