I stumbled upon this fantastic New York-style pizza spot for lunch and was immediately welcomed by the warm, friendly staff. They were courteous, easy to chat with, and made the experience feel personal. I went with a classic slice of pepperoni and cheese, and it did not disappoint—perfectly balanced with just the right amount of cheese and sauce. Delicious flavor, great service, and excellent value. Definitely worth a visit!

Finally a great pizza parlor!! If you are relocated from the Northeast, Big Tonys is a blessing from bland, cardboard pizza. Excellent crust. Sauce and cheese on point. Really great folks run this place. The dining room bar area reminds me of my NaNas basement kitchen in Detroit. We cannot wait to revisit. We drove from Jamestown for a great pizza. We weren’t dissapointed!!

Great food! For any tre Italian lover the first question is how’s the sauce and it was absolutely amazing. Balanced and well seasoned not to sweet and each of the flavors stand on their own. Calzone and Stromboli were fabulous. Only down side was Canolis are mini canolis and cream was a little thin. But excellent place if your looking for true New York Italian food.

Solid local spot for pizza. The crust had a great buttery flavor—crispy on the outside, soft inside. Service was attentive and friendly, and the place had a good crowd without feeling too loud. Definitely a dependable go-to if you’re in the area.

I heard this place was decent and wanted to give it a try.
I ordered specifically all the pepperoni to be touching each other. 2x -3x whatever the up charge was I’d be ok.
Well as you can see by the pictures it was worse than Dominos and 3x as much.
The garlic knots were ok as were the Cannoli chips.
Will I return? No. Service guaranteed
my order to my details but seriously failed to get it done.

Smells so good. I couldn’t even wait to take a bite before I took this picture. Pizza is delicious. Also get you a cheesecake.

A huge pie for the money so that’s a plus. A little lacking on flavor. The sauce needs a punch. They need to work on the dining area…it’s like an afterthought with a couple of tables and a small tv on the wall. Make it a place people want to actually want to go…think restaurant. There is a weird smell in there, but it could be coming from the huge pile of pizza boxes stacked behind the counter. I ate there one time. I the future, if there is one, I’ll be taking the in a go box.

Ate here many times while I was a student @ TTU. In a world full of chain pizza, Big Tony’s is a true gem with their NY-style pies. Chewy crust, thin and large slices, and not too soupy. If you’re traveling by/near Cookeville, you won’t regret a Big Tony’s pie. And if you’re considering non-chain alternatives for a party/event, don’t think twice about getting it here.

Big Tony’s Facebook page lured me in yet again… Hot Italian sandwich on fresh made focaccia bread. O M G! If I weren’t so full, I’d go back and get another one. Hope this gets added to the regular daily menu.

Our daughter loves this pizza. Anytime we go here she has to get a photo with the angel pizza wings. We have used the pizza for parties and people always give great reviews of it. Eating in the service is really good, just a little dark and run down of a plaza.
