Not the best experience here. The customer service is luke warm and all of our burgers came with cold cheese that didn’t melt and a burger patty that was not much warmer.
We hope that this was just an off day for the two individuals. Everything else was fine. Location was great, seating was ample.

This place is a real guilty pleasure for my boys and I. The setup is so cool and fun to drive right up into and the food is very salty and cheesy, exactly what I need sometimes. Also, the VERY attentive and hard working staff always complete the whole fun fast food experience for us when we go, especially the respectfull and kind outside staff. Thanks for always bringing my family yummy food and big smiles!

Just went on to Postmates to place an order for mozzarella sticks and could not find them on the menu. I called the restaurant to ask if they have discontinued the item and was told that NO they have not, but they are running low so the only way to order is to drive to the restaurant and order them. So, I can order them if I’m at the restaurant, but if I order them through the app, they will NOT let me do that. Excuse me, but if I ordered through the app you STILL should be able to make and deliver. It should be who ever orders them first!!! You have now lost my business for the future. I am home after a procedure and I CANNOT DRIVE!!!!!! THIS POLICY IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

Did an order on the app. Waited 20mins because at the store location they completed my order but I never received anything. Then when talking to a store associate said they are working on it but nothing happen and we waited even longer. This was with staff at night @ 11:50pm on 09/12/25. I will be calling corporate tomorrow to get a refund.

Probably the worst one I’ve been to in Vegas. The Sonic blasts were soupy. The limeade had no carbonation, and the onion rings were all wonky lookin.

Mozzarella cheese sticks were cooked until the cheese fell out of more than one, then the hollow sticks and melted cheese were jammed into their carton and glued themselves together. Tater tots were under cooked. They did not have a crunchy outer layer, they were soft and mushy and came out of the carton in one big ball of crumbly mush. And the corn dog was burnt and dried out. My son said his hamburger was “ok, but not great”. Half of the popcorn chicken was too hard to chew. We won’t be going back anytime soon.

Use the app and drink are half off all day! You can order a head or when you are there and just put your stall number in. Definitely a nice add on! Onion rings are on point!

I am just sad about the service and food at the local fast food places. I understand all the stuff going on has an effect on things. But if people just took a little pride in trying to do a good job not just collect a check/tips, everyone now days wants a tip even for just standing there and pushing numbers. Tips are a “reward” for good service.
There is so much self satisfaction in doing a good job.
As for the food! I really can’t say much. Tots were so over cooked greasy and luke warm I only ate two, hoping the one was just a left over. The corn dog batter was hard on one side. And what happened to the size of the dog? Price is still there, a bit higher even, but the dog got smaller.
I have learned not to really bring this to anyone’s attention because I have worked in food service and you never know what you will get when you complain about food. Also attitudes these days, no one really cares.
