Terrible service. Front of house girl was on her phone most of the time and clearly hates being there. You can tell the other workers are annoyed at her too but no one said anything to her. Took almost 15 minutes to get our food and the place was not even busy at all. There was also no baby changing station in either bathroom and no outside trash cans. Easily the worst Braums I’ve been to before.

Came from NYC and we wanted some ice cream! Turns out this spot had a cute grocery store as well! Hubby got the strawberry shortcake sundae and I got one scoop (more like 2 lol) of their holiday special, eggnog ice cream. It was very delicious! Prices were also very fair. Service was also good, could be better, but they all looked under 21. Overall, we will be back next time we are in Kansas!

So I always go and get my kids a bag of cheeseburgers and today I went and almost 28 bucks for two bags of burgers and another 13 for 4 fries I’ve never been charged so much for the burgers!!! When asking about it I was shrugged off and told everything is up we’ll be nice if it was posted in the drive through so it wasn’t a surprise price. Unfortunately I won’t be going to braums anymore for fast food or ice cream.

Quality ice-cream for good prices! 7 of us got double scoops for less than $20. Right now they have a bunch of Hispanic inspired flavors as well as classic flavors. Definitely more on the specialty flavor side of things. Will stop every time we drive through here in the future. And if you need some groceries at the same time they also have groceries there too.

Never a bad experience. Staff are great.drive window asked me to pull up. I replied. No. Straight look on my face. Then smiled. He brought my food out said thanks. That made me smile. He said he needed that.

They constantly give DRY, tiny pieces of grilled chicken when you order them in a sandwich. I’ve been ordering crispy to avoid this but decided to try grilled again. Made it all the way back to work and didn’t get to eat lunch because the grilled chicken was not edible!

Food was great, as is our general experience whenever we go to any Braum’s. It was pretty busy which didn’t help the ordering process (also think it was our order takers first day solo) but our orders were correct and he was very friendly. Store was clean and service was fast enough.

Braum’s are always a treat to stop at. This location is on par with all the others. Mostly friendly staff, decent restrooms, and the cute little mini grocer attached.
Prices have remained seemingly untouched by recent inflation. For our family of three, it cost $8, which is much lower than if we were to get worse ice cream from somewhere like dairy queen.
Dining area was immaculately clean. Staff should look into fixing the broken TVs and replacing the men’s bathroom faucet.

I entered the drive through to find that the prices all has sticky notes or something similar covering them. If I’m looking at a menu, I prefer to know how much the items cost.
