Completely lied about being able to switch an item at the first window. Rude and complete lack of respect. Wouldn’t pick up the phone and had to call corporate to get the information and find out that the server lied.

My fiance and I came to this location this evening and I can personally say it was by far the worst experience ive had. It all started when we asked for extra caramel on her frappe that they were unable to do bc we had to pay extra for it yet they had no way to ring it up.. We asked them to just refund the money and they did.. However, they did not give us the full amount back… We went back around to the window to tell them they still owed us $1.30. They chose to deny they owed anything and blamed their system for shorting us. The manager, Tati, or whatever her name was, was by far the most unprofessional “manager” I have ever met in my life. Not only did she not do anything to help solve the problem, she was also using her employees as the middle man to the point the situation escalated and inevitably required law enforcement services. Long story short, the police determined that the manager and her employees were in the wrong and asked them to resolve the issue. They chose to not do anything and completely ignore us and the police that they called themselves. This woman, Tati, does not belong in the role of a manager. She is extremely unprofessional and does not care about resolving issues for the customer. Honestly she doesn’t deserve to have a job there at all. I do not recommend this location especially if you are going there later at night.

Has been my main McDonald’s for 8 years. The audacity to serve your order to you incorrectly 9 out of 10 times and then NEVER answer the phone is exponentially dumbfounding. Would never recommend to anyone.

The double quarter pounder with cheese hamburger i ordered today way gross, it was like they made ot at 11:00 and I got there at 1:30 the hamburger was dry and gross and the bun was hard as a rock, I was already driving so I couldn’t turn around and I should of if I paid $10 for that meal and I could barely even finish it I feel that the people there should take Pride and making sure everybody is happy with what they’re eating. I will never go back there again.

It’s always something with this place. You have to order with the app. You can’t order with app. They’re open 24 hours, they’re open 8 hours. I find it a miracle if I can order food from this place at all. I just found out the LITERALLY charges less for their food.

They had me waiting 7+ minutes for my order.. I ordered a cheeseburger with no mustard or onion.. there was onion on there and barely any ketchup and one pickle and a large fry. Fresh food shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes to make and my food wasn’t even warm I wouldn’t recommend going at all!

Drive thru cashiers were rude and when they combined my two mobile orders into a bag they forgot my sandwich that was free. At least I didnt pay for it but i used my points yo. Waited 12 minutes at the order screen, with no one ahead of me. The man said twice give me a moment. 12 minutes is not a moment. If they were having technical difficulties, then they should of said so.
Also, if you’re using the app. They only allow mobile orders, no giving the code in the drive through!

Nothing more to say that hasn’t been said already other than I am officially done with this location! Have experienced just about everything negative posted in these reviews at one time or another.After missing items in a sealed bag resulting from an APP delivery order I have decided they shall not receive one penny more from me!
