What a perfect dining experience we had here! You can’t beat the scenery – waves crashing through multiple colors of blue water right next to your table. Kelly, our server, was polite, attentive, informative, friendly, and never made us wait. However, we never felt rushed. It was a relaxing, delicious dining experience. We will definitely return!

Food is fresh and is tasty! I recommend it for lunch. However as everywhere in San Andres the service has its flaws. We waited 1h for the main dishes after being seated as the waiters forgot about our food.

The food is very good, no doubt about that. The “caldosos” are the best in the menu, sweet tomato sauce, rice cooked correctly, the shrimp with the perfect tenderness. The view to the beach is pretty.
High prices, but it would be fine except for the service quality. Absolutely dreadful, it destroys a large part of the experience. Getting the reservation was like getting told off. The server didn’t help suggesting options and nagged about us not knowing the menu beforehand. Requesting new food after the first time was a received with an annoyed face and a long wait. It took 30min to get bill.
We went to Capi Beach about 150m south, where service was fantastic and food was excellent. Suggest you try.

We had the best time while at Francesca restaurant. We had time to chill and our table was reserved on time (they hold reservation till 1pm) once we started ordering we felt more than welcome and loved by the staff. The food was incredible.. highly recommend the lobster and the tuna tartar, but everything was delicious. HUGE THANKS AND SHOUT OUT to our waiter Joleisha!! Extremely lovely, caring and made us feel really special! I wish all the people in the Island was as outstanding as her! Thanks!! You totally made our day❤️❤️

This is a nice place with a nice location, but as for the service and food quality very average. There is much better food to be had on the island. This is a good spot to grab drinks and enjoying the beach, but everything else is ehhh.

Beautiful View, Deeply Disappointing Experience
Let’s start with the positive: the restaurant’s location and view are magnificent. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive aspects of our visit ended.
While Colombians are known for their warmth, our welcome from the host, Nidian, was incredibly unpleasant and set a negative tone for our entire meal. She showed no understanding of how to accommodate a family, seeming more concerned with staff rotation than the guest experience.
The culinary experience was a major letdown. With one exception, the dishes were bland and poorly executed.
Shrimp Rice & Arroz Caldoso: Both dishes were desperately in need of seasoning. They were watery and tasteless.
Grilled Fish: Acceptable, but not memorable.
Side Dishes: The coconut rice was flavorless, and the salad was minimal and appeared old.
Garlic Octopus: This was the sole highlight of the meal—tender and well-seasoned.
Beverages: The “natural” juices were disappointingly artificial, tasting of sugar more than fruit.
For a final bill for 4 plates of over $400,000 COP, the value was simply not there. You are paying a premium for the view, while the food and service fall drastically short.
We left feeling very disappointed.

Food is authentic, staff is nice and very acomodating, immediately in front of a beach which is probably the best on the island.
The downside is way too many people and the loud and obnoxious music playing constantly. Either from the hut / bar next door or from people on the beach listening on loudspeakers.

Avoid if you are a large group! We came as a group of 18 and were met with a mandatory ‘minimum consumption per person’ policy. The prices are already way too high for what they offer, but forcing every single person to hit a spending quota is ridiculous and anti-consumer. We left without eating. If you don’t want to feel forced to spend money, go elsewhere. 1 star for terrible policies and service

NOT recommended for couples. This is the second time I’ve been here and have had to sit in a corner if we wanted to sit outside. All the outside tables are reserved for groups of 4 or more. The tables were half empty and there was no line. But we were refused seating in the outside area with a good view. Tables remained empty during our entire stay there. Food was nothing exceptional. Bland and without any flavor. I ordered shrimp this time and Salmon the last time and was not impressed with either.
