I had a really disappointing experience. I found a long black hair in my food — it looked like beard hair — and it was extremely disgusting. When I tried to bring it up to the manager, they didn’t seem to care or take the situation seriously. I expected better hygiene and customer service from Chick-fil-A.

Was left on the dirty floor outside of the clinic, I don’t understand why it was so hard to handed to the front desk employees but that’s another issue. like you can tell from photo this is the size of the grilled filla I got for almost $4 Also instead of getting ketchup, I got ranch. I always liked Chick-fil-A and I still like it but customer service the quality of food and the sizing just gets to unfair for the price you pay considering that this is a fast food chain. This is definitely becoming overpriced.

I asked for the chicken muffin, the muffin was burned and the chicken dry, the whites were fine. I asked for it to be changed and the manager gave me a hard time. And he told me under his inspection it was fine and I said no, i want to change it for the same thing but biscuit. And he said had to go inside. And they ended givivg me just buscuit chicken without the eggwhites and without cheese. I was so angry i just left really dissapointed

I really love the Mac & cheese it’s good and I pair it with the grilled chicken sandwich with the cheese and the bacon. And I can’t forget those waffle fries really good with some sauce I usually get one of all sauces. That strawberry lemonade being hitting on a whole new level. My son loves the chicken tenders and those nuggets.

First time trying Chick-fil-A. It was an interesting and frustrating experience.
You drive up in the lane but there’s no menu board. You then pull up to a booth where an attendant is present.
The menu board is literally out of sight where you and your guest can’t even see because it’s at the bottom level of your car door with no lights .
You have to rush because now you’re going to hold up the line because you have lots of questions about the menu.
Follow a line of 10-15 cars ahead of you then pull up to the window where an attendant is literally standing in the driveway to hand you your order.
I will not do this again!

Quite literally the best fast food experience you’ll ever have. The hiring manager for this location should be promoted just based on the amazing staff he hires and trains. Always always fast,courteous and friendly and clean!

Clean, fast and precise service, quality that was consistent with my expectations. This is an exemplary chick-fil-a, although I’ve yet to visit a bad one. Shout out to the lovely lady who paid me a compliment in the dining room. She was a big part of the nice atmosphere.

Completely RUDE manager!!!
Sat in line over 7 minutes, did not know they were closing. Jerks made me sit there and then the poor girl had to come tell me they refused to serve me.
When I pulled up there was one car sitting in front of me and that was it and two people sitting in the little Cabana things.
Utterly rude and disrespectful for clientele’s time.
If you’re closing they should have put out the cones before I pulled up.. The manager was a piece of work and didn’t bother to come out saying themselves I heard him say over the radio refuse service.
So much for good Christian people..

The worst experience ever. Our food was extremely cold when getting our food from the l drive-through. We Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because they were busy however, when driving 15 minutes from home, our item was missing we asked for our food to be replaced and remade. Krystalin or
Christine And Abby, the managers on duty were very unprofessional and refused to help us. Krystalin was laughing and had extreme attitude . Crystalline was so overwhelmed. She had other employees patting her on the back, calming her down.When we asked for the corporate number, she proceeded to give us the store number while laughing. However, there was another gentleman that had been waiting for 15 minutes after confirming that his order was already made, and they were going to hand it to him She then offered to remake his food for the inconvenience. It’s really unfortunate & and a As long as they are, “Manager” do not come here. not to mention, the entire countertop was filled with rags from the red bucket. Dirty trays, open lemonade, buckets Employees to go cups. do not come here .

I ordered 2 chick fil a sandwiches, & got 2 spicy chickens! IDK if they started selling spicy chicken since I last visited, but that’s what I got & was NOT HAPPY about it. I never had this problem with chick fil a b4??
