We visited this Peter Piper Pizza location to celebrate my son’s second birthday. Unfortunately, when we stepped away for a moment, our cupcakes were smashed, and all of our drinks had been knocked to the floor. It was a disappointing situation, especially during a birthday celebration.
I brought the issue to the manager, and she handled everything quickly and professionally. She reviewed the cameras right away, located the children responsible, and addressed the situation with their parents in a respectful and appropriate manner. The children were also brought over to apologize, which I appreciated.
Aside from that incident, the food was great, and the staff especially the manager showed excellent customer service. The only downside is that the general environment felt a bit chaotic and not as family-friendly as we hoped.
Overall, the manager truly saved the experience with how well she handled everything.

I haven’t had a complaint so far. I’ve done my babies parties here and it’s very nice and staff very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious! The wings and pizza are so good. The salad when I go for the buffet also super fresh.

Peter Piper Pizza, in my personal opinion, has some of the absolute best pizza in Texas. Maybe it’s just a fond childhood memory talking, but every time I visit, it truly hits the spot. Since I live in Houston now, getting a slice is a rare and cherished treat when I come to the Valley.
Today, I was thrilled to hit the buffet, but I must admit, I was initially a little disappointed. Given the presence of several school buses (which, as any PPP veteran knows, is the most challenging scenario for a constantly-stocked pizza line!), the selection was limited, and my beloved Werx was nowhere to be found.
However, once the initial wave of field-trip chaos subsided, the staff totally redeemed themselves! They started cranking out the specialty pizzas and loaded up the buffet line. It was fantastic!
I was feeling a bit quirky, so I decided to experiment: I sandwiched a slice of the Werx pizza with a slice of, I think, the Meat Lovers. I will never eat pizza here any other way!
10/10 would recommend.

This place is like a meat locker. Freezing cold. Our RV park eats there every 2 weeks. Maybe 80 to 100 people. Many have to wear coats. Way, way too cold.

My concerns are fairly well spelled out in my review. Food and service are great. Temperature inside is ridiculously cold. Just back off a little on the A/C.

Customer service was good no problems there. And the wait was less than 15 minutes. My only disappointment is that the food wasn’t up to par like it normally is. It seems like my cheese bread was baked on a cinnamon desert pan and made my cheese bread taste sweet. The bottom of the bread had brown sugar so that wasnt very appetizing at all. My pizza was burnt on the edges which wasn’t as bad but still not like they are normally made. I was mostly disappointed with the cheese bread tasting like their cinnamon desert.

Worst experience I’ve had here to date ordered my pizza over the phone finally got to the place to find out my pizzas were given away to another person I still had to pay and wait an additional 15 minutes for new fresh pizzas all while the oven hand and manager on duty with a curly mustache were over there flipping pizza cutters corrective action has to be done on the whole team including the manager on duty for the bad management skills never coming back to this Peter piper pizza

I’ve been doing my children’s first classes there for 20 years and the service has never been so bad. After 8 pm, they make it super cold so you leave as soon as they close at 11 pm.

Love the variety in games. I do have a Peter Piper that is closer to my home but I rather drive all the way over here. The staff definitely needs some updated information training on purchasing items such as gift cards because they did seem to appear confused and didn’t know if they even sold any gift cards. But other than that confusion , the staff is very kind and very patient.
