I’ve never seen a line triple wrapped around a restaurant until last night & I’ve NEVER received as well of customer service during a rush as I did last night. For starters it took me maybe 15 minutes to order and get my food. As someone who has worked in fast food for years, I was EXTREMELY impressed with how the employees worked together as a team and everything seemed seamless! This review (scroll down for an earlier review if you’re interested) covers the viral TikTok Chik-Fil-A Kale Crunch Salad + chicken hack . The hack is this: order a chicken sandwich minus the bread (I ordered the fried one, but the healthier option is the grilled chicken). Cut up the chicken, scatter the pieces onto the salad, remembering to add the almond crunch packet that comes with the salad), and then if desired drizzle with your favorite Chik Fil A sauce. This was a delicious meal that I highly recommend. It’s filling, protein-rich–and doesn’t leave me feeling stuffed. Highly recommend. I’m going to try it again with different sauces. There are all kinds of ways to mix it up. Enjoy!
P.S. The frosted limeade at CFA was not good. I think it’s trying to mimic the frosted lemonade at Sonic but the CFA version has an off taste, and it’s actually a milkshake rather than a frosted limeade.
UPDATE: Chik-fil-A announced that this new sandwich will be available nationwide by June 10, 2024.
This is a highly specific review for those customers who are excited to try the new Maple Pepper Bacon Sandwich that Chick-fil-A announced on May 23, 2024 that it would be adding to the summertime menu. Well, as of Friday, May 24, this Gallatin location does not have this sandwich. So if you have your heart set on getting this Maple Bacon Sandwich, you might want to call first or whatever to make sure the Gallatin location has it.

Pulled into an extremely long drive through line. Thought it would take awhile. Not only did I get my food exactly as ordered (modified) but I got taken care of within 5 minutes. Employees were pleasant despite being busy and working in the cold.

I decided to get breakfast today and that was a big mistake. The girl who took my order Breanna totally screwed up my order. Gave me a scramble bowl with no meat. I never told her no meat. She never even asked me what side I wanted either. Though chick fil a refunded my order, it doesn’t in fact fix the situation. I’m stuck at work now with the wrong breakfast. Not the end of the world but it is bad customer service. I will probably skip coming back to this store if their employees are as bad as this person was today.

Chick-fil-A did it once again. I’m in town for training and needed a good dinner after a long day of training and they delivered. Not only did I get a fantastic chicken sandwich, but they put a hand written note in the bag with my food. Nice touch! Pictures below. The young people working were all kind and very helpful. I’ll be back before I leave town.
