I dont know about you but when i order a medium fry at other places they fill up the container not just gove you a small fry in a medium container.

This was the most peak McDonald’s I’ve ever been to lowkey. The bathrooms are so clean and they give you so many napkins and sauce. And it tastes good. And the gave us an extra nugget. Love you guys!!

Food is fine. It’s the customer service. Went during Christmas Day. They were overwhelmed but doesn’t mean I’m not getting what I pay for. At first I wasn’t rude and told them they missed something’s so they wanted to double check the receipt. Fine. Then they only gave me medium drinks but I ordered large meals which is silly. (their screen wasn’t working to see the order or I would’ve corrected them) Then I told them that two of the fries were only half way filled I’m sure because they are rushing with the crowds… which is not acceptable since it’s not free so of course I will bring that up to fix it. Should be no issue right. He said they are so busy and have orders waiting that I had to pull around and come in and wait. No no no, so that my food is cold nope. I didn’t move my car and just waited there til I spoke with someone else. Least the manager was nice to remake new ones and quickly. Not the best location but it’s fine. Just double check all your food to make sure you aren’t missing anything.

Just left Mc d where I got all large drinks to get the monopoly pieces just to recieve all my drinks and someone in Mc d already pulled them all off before giving them to us. I called and she said she would look into it never took my name or offered anything in return. My coffee was delicious none the less.

Ordered ahead online and still waited 20 mins in the drive thru between the order speaker and the cash window. Absolutely ridiculous. Get more help at this location for night shift especially. Waiting 30 mins for a call ahead fast food order is INSANE. And my fries were freezing cold

2nd time this week I’ve had to wait an hour for my food even though I order beforehand. The first time my food was at least correct but this time I’m missing items. Both times I wasn’t the only person it happened to. It’s fast food shouldn’t take an hour to get meals that are ordered ahead of time there really isn’t much of an excuse imo, update I used their link and it doesn’t work this place is a joke

If I didn’t have to leave a star I wouldn’t, word of advice DO NOT order food from here after 1:00pm or later! The late afternoon/evening crew sucks! I had a burnt smashed burger for a quarter pounder, and floppy soggy fries. The food was so horrible I couldn’t even take another bite. This is by far the worst one in the community do yourself a favor and go to the one on Broadway or drive all the way to the one on Oberlin Avenue. We really need to do us all a favor and stop going to this one so it’ll just close..

Just left this location and between the attitude of the person taking the drive-thru orders/payment in the first window and the inability to get a simple correct I will not be returning. Every time I give this location a chance it ends in nothing but disappointment and usually missing or incorrect items and the terrible attitude was it for me. I don’t need smiles and cheer, but I’m also not responsible for whatever your mood is. Be better.

The two lane drive thru is poorly designed. People with common sense understand there are people already in line; while others will freely pull into parking lot and cut in front of those who were there first. Service was extremely slow. Will never come to this location again.

Every few months or so I regretfully find myself coming back to this McDonald’s when Chic Fil-a is closed in order to feed my girlfriend who has a food allergy and this is the only option left. This store could care less about the quality of their food, whether it’s on the manager being lazy or the owner being a cheapskate, the food always seems to be 3 days old and never made fresh. How hard can it be to make the food to order. Almost every fast food place can do this besides McDonald’s apparently. There’s a reason every place around you has a way higher rating. The customer return rate at this location has to be atrocious and I hope they realize consistency and making food to order will fix this problem. Nobody wants cold fries and dry nuggets that have been sitting for hours. If this place didn’t have the McDonald’s name over its building it would have been gone long ago especially with how little the franchisee seems to care about it. Stop prioritizing “speed” (because even when you premake it it still somehow takes forever) and focus on actually letting your customers enjoy their food.
