Hands down Carrie made our night amazing, provide great service and gave us a laugh. We will definitely be back and hope to see Carrie again but maybe with some more help for service so her amazing personality/service skills can shine brighter!!
There are many retro games to play and the aesthetics are on point. Every aspect of this establishment is thematically integrated from the food/drink menus to even the art on the bathroom walls. This place definitely pulls on nostalgic heartstrings and from the moment you walk in. You can even play on some classic consoles while sitting down at your table.
They have a decent selection of drinks on the pour wall for those of age and although I only tried their sampler platter I can say that it was fried to perfection. Complements to the cook on doing so well with this.
Further the staff are very cordial and provided great service throughout my visit. Carrie was incredibly patient, kind, and seemed to know more than a handful of local regulars on a personal basis. She made myself and others feel welcome to be here and even have me a magnet/sticker souvenoir simply for hanging out here.
If you’re in the area I definitely recommend stopping by Insert Coin!
She took care of me and my family when my sis came down from California. She talked with us about all the events and things going on in town. I felt so welcome! I am definitely coming back just because of the amazing customer service. Food and drinks were amazing as well!
Our waitress Ashley was a total GEM!! she was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind 🙂
Tuesday is karaoke night.
Some of the booths have TVs where you can play classic games while you eat.
Highly recommend.
They have a good selection of games, everyone is nice, all around well balanced business. So happy we found it!
The food, for the price, is worth it in my opinion, vs you pay near the same for fast food and it’s nowhere near the same value.
》Atmosphere;
The atmosphere, when kids aren’t running around and screaming, or, adult hours, as I call it are definitely my preferred times.
You get to have a fun atmosphere minus the actual headaches and actually get a chance to play something because kids seem to have lost all sense of sharing with others.
》Service:
My only real complaint to the establishment is their deceptive hours.
They make it seem like they’re open until 11pm, but they started closing things down and kicking people out at 10:30pm.
I got there at 10:20pm, and thinking they didn’t close until 11pm, I thought I was being mindful to be early enough despite near closing time… but I waited for a menu, waited for them to come get my order… waiting… waiting… waiting… and nothing, then suddenly they announce that they’re closing at just 10:30pm.
Which, honestly, is unfair when they’re the ones that say they’re open until 11pm.
I could’ve had my food made and ready – even if as a to-go order – within the time of 10:20-11pm if they meant the hours they said.

Not from current experience, but from previous times gone.
Our server Carrie was so nice, we really liked her.
