I have always gotten the same thing from sonic for years. 2 large popcorn chicken. i have never been dissatisfied but today my chicken taste like chemicals and is weirdly brown and i can not eat it. i never leave reviews but i am highly dissatisfied you guys need to clean your lil better or something i have never been more disappointed. The blonde girl in the window was super rude too.

Rude person taking orders and handing out food. BLT was disappointing and they didnt give me a spoon for my shake. How hard is it to be somewhat decent.. I pulled up got hit with a “what do you want” immediately and “is that it” when I was done. They didnt even talk to me besides to ask for payment. They weren’t even busy to where i could understand a lack of customer service. Just grumpy kids making subpar food..

Sonic drive through lady said it was going to be 25 mins for a drink. She said they were behind. There was only about 8 cars there in total. We ordered three drink. This poor customer service. I say fire the people who cant manage their time wisely.

Sonic is Always good! The lady that helped my daughter and I, a couple days ago, was very nice and helpful. Pretty Fairly priced for the most part and was steaming Fresh! Kudos Yum! YUM!

I’ve never been a fan of Sonic I have tried it several times tried the strawberry shake this last time just because it was the only thing open that made shakes really and even it wasn’t good I’m just not a fan of theirs everything tastes kind of cheap I don’t even know how to explain it. But I will say I do love their slushies all of them I would have gave them a one but I moved them up to a two-star just because of their slushes. Got French fries there they said they’re the crinkled ones but they weren’t the good crinkle ones that actually has potato in them they’re the skinny ones that all they are is just shell.. don’t like their hot dogs at all they are absolutely disgusting their chili is as well. Like I said if it wasn’t for their slushes they would have got one star

They were out of forks. This is not light ice. There was barley any chili on the coney dog, or the frito pie.

Just go to Plainfield. The wait is ridiculous here every time. No empathy from any of the employees. Would not recommend this place.
