For 13 years we have enjoyed eating at Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar here in Winston-Salem. I have never had a bad experience even when I order many different items off their menu. The manager here really knows how to run a solid foor experience both front and back of the house.

I wanted to try a different spot to eat and I found this location. I sat at the bar and overheard one of the waitress mention to a friend she was speaking to, not to order the mac and cheese because it’s nasty. So I followed her advice and got a burger with sweet potato fries. I noticed they have alot of takeout orders. Space looks spacious for large gatherings.

Ordered through delivery platform. Lettuce burger as im on a diet. Wasn’t happy about the lettuce looking as pictured or the fact they put the items boxed together. Seems like basic food service etiquette given the nature of the cold and hot. The hamburger wasnt great but the side salad was ok and the dressing (lemon vinegarette) was the star of the show. Asked for partial refund for the lettuce and burger quality from platform after paying full price for just lettuce and a burger and platform wouldnt compensate. Dont know if I’d try again.

Had a great experience at Bad Daddy’s Burgers in North Carolina! The inside is a little small and on the darker side, but it has a cozy atmosphere with unique decorations on the walls. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was top-notch.
Our waitress was originally from Lanham, Maryland, and had moved to North Carolina—she was so welcoming and attentive. The food arrived quickly, and everything was absolutely delicious. The drinks were great too!
If you’re ever in the Winston-Salem area, I highly recommend giving Bad Daddy’s a try. You won’t be disappointed!

The service was great here and the food tasted great. That being said, I don’t feel like it was worth the money. The burger I got was rather small and to add a side was another $3.50, which was only a small bowl of tater tots. They do have a great beer and cocktail selection and the atmosphere was super chill. Other than that, this seemed like your typical overpriced chain restaurant.

We came here on a Saturday as a group of 3 around 5pm and ended up waiting 20 minutes to be seated. There was a decent crowd, but they did were quick with bringing out our food. The atmosphere is your normal burger bar type setting.
I ordered a build your own burger and didn’t realize until after I ordered that they had a pad at the table that you fill out specifically for build your own. I enjoyed my burger, but would have wanted more aioli on it. I ordered the caramelized onion one. My side was tater tots and they were well made. Their house ranch, not the bad daddy one, was super yummy. The bad daddy ranch was fine, just not my preference. I also tried their homemade lemonade and it was amazing! My husband enjoyed his the smokehouse burger and added jalapeños. He said the Mac and cheese was not bad, but more average. I ordered chicken tenders, fruit, and chocolate milk for my son. I think the chicken tenders were a bit too crispy.
Overall, this was my first time here but I would add it to my rotation of restaurants to come back to!

Boy oh boy we picked this place just off a whim and did we pick a great spot. We had a little wait because of them not having a hostess for the day but once we sat down our server was AMAZING, she got every order right and she made sure we were ok the whole time we were there. Now let’s get to the food. We all got burgers my boss got a Philly cheese steak. Yum yum yum the food was so seasoned down to the onion rings, to the tater tots. I will definitely be going back there again and again.

I really enjoyed it. For me, this was perfect hungover food and I definitely hit my quota and more for this experience.
We got the pork nachos to start off, which were awesome. This had the amber ale queso on it, which I really liked. It was convenient how they served it on a nice big plate with layers and layers goodness.
I got the pastrami burger, loved it. I really wanted to get the mushroom burger, but that’s like my go to everywhere and I really wanted to try something different! I actually was having a hard time deciding which burger I wanted to order, so I think I will have to make a trip back here! Two burgers, some sodas, extra fries and onion rings, along with some sodas was around $65. We got A LOT of food for each serving so definitely worth it.
Our server Fletcher was totally awesome and helped us navigate through the menu to narrow down our choices for what we wanted.

This really should be a 5 star review, but it’s not. Burger, excelent and hit the spot. Fries….just not hot enough, but good. Milkshake…..please purchase larger diameter straws, and not continue to give out a straw that’s just a little bigger than a cocktail straw. Milkshake is good, just wish I had a proper straw since this was the deciding factor in my visit tonight.
