I am 8.5 months pregnant and was craving some Popeyes. My husband and I went and it was the absolute best customer service we have ever experienced at a drive through in our lives. The manager Adawn was taking our order and Melissa took our payment and they were so kind and helpful. They both even congratulated us on our future baby. The only time I’ve been through a drive through where they have genuinely wanted to help and give us an amazing experience. And to top it all off the food was ready in a matter of 2-3 mins. Best experience I’ve ever had.

The app said my food was ready, but i had to wait for my food, my sandwich was soggy because it sat for almost 10 minutes on the inside counter while the wings cooked. I ordered four items two of the four were wrong. (I didn’t have it in me to leave the office and go back to the restaurant in the rain). The staff were kind with great customer service skills.

There is always a long and slow line (drive-thru) here but unpopular opinion… that only means the chicken will always be hot and fresh! So this is definitely my preferred location. Food is so hot that I burned my mouth trying to savor a leg on my way home haha.
There was one individual who stood out the most. I tried to get her name, I think she said Ah-Dawn? Well anyway, she authentically her, is comical, and professional all in one. My father was promised a free meal from the new general manager and Ah-Dawn explained to my, somewhat inpatient, father that she has to follow procedures and explained everything gracefully… more than once.

Food is alright, however everytime I stop by this location, the wait for food is super long. They quoted me 7-8 minutes for spicy chicken filets for the sandwich and i waited for over 20 minutes out front of the store after going through the drive through initially. Said they would bring it out front. Never did. Only reason I wasted was because I already paid…. I’m done coming to this location. I have been to multiple different locations with faster service and food ready to go.

The food was very old. The cheese bites tasted like they cooked them the day before. And the tenders were old as well. They were dry cold and stale. I’ve been to this location a few times. Each time is wasn’t good. I like popeyes. And it’s sad to say the one near me isn’t good at all.

They need to go ahead and shut this place down . The management here is very poor they run out of everything . We received our order and they used drink tops and shoved them in the sides containers to hold the food we got home and food was every where in our car it was just disgusting . Called the manager and he put us on hold for over an hour after asking for a refund this place is ridiculous if ypu dont have the container ers to hold food why would you serve it. We were sitting at the drive thru watching the girl all in her shirt scratching her armpits playing with her hair very nasty and unprofessional and I still would like my refund back I have pictures

Was told that they needed to make fresh tenders. That it would take 5 to 7 minutes. After sitting in the parking lot for 25 minutes and still no food I had to leave this establishment is by far the worst service establishment for Popeyes anywhere in Chesapeake highly recommend that you go somewhere else

I went through the drive through at 1030am and after sitting for 5 min ith no one coming to take my order I went inside to place my order. Once inside I ordered a 8pc meal with frys and 2 drinks for a total of 38.00. They did not have any sort of selection for drinks and they were all out. No refunds given. I waited 45 min for my order. The place is nasty smelly and has bugs all over. The soda area smells like NYC streets.

Some chicks who works there have the worst attitudes ever. I ordered two thighs and one leg and they bought me back one thigh and one leg. I told them I’m missing a thigh they caught an attitude about that especially that fact nasty chick talking shit about me. They got my order wrong again by giving me two thighs. I told them I’m missing a leg and the chicks caught an attitude about that. I told them don’t worry about it and drove off. If i’m the manager I would fire them or suspend them ain’t no way you gone stand there and embarrass my customers like that in front of me with nasty attitudes especially if you got people orders wrong. I won’t be surprised if they managers have attitude problems to.
