Probably the best kept secret in the valley area. Great food made by great people. Best wings in town by far. And I’ve had em all. Personally I’m a big hotdog guy and I think the Bonzo dog could be a new regional classic!

Second time at Hillside Kitchen. It is such a hidden gem! The SMOKED wings are just out of this world delicious! Today we tried the buffalo wings, curry garlic cheese curds, and the citrus jerk pulled pork sandwich.
We have also tried the chips and dip with house made french onion dip(scrapped the container clean), and the wings with the Habanero Buffalo sauce & garlic curry dry rub. Oh and they have good blue cheese to go with the wings- the stuff with actually chunks of blue cheese. Which is great because the habanero Buffalo sauce has a nice kick to it! Definitely will be coming back!!
