Pop, Scoops, & Dough is such a gem in College Park! The desserts are fresh, flavorful, and made with care — from the warm dough and creamy ice cream to the delicious popcorn. They also have great drink options like milkshakes, matcha, hot chocolate, coffee, and signature lattes. I love that it’s Black-owned, the shop was very clean, and the hospitality was a 10/10. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to! ✨

Experience was amazing! Our first time in and it felt like we were regulars. The hospitality is outstanding and they truly care for their customers. We talked it up for a good 15 minutes while ordering and on top of that the food is amazing. The donuts are perfect bite size for those craving a small sweet treat and the popcorn offers salty, sweet, spicy, and savory flavors for everyone. Highly recommend the Pumpkin cloud mini donut and the Ethiopian popcorn flavor. Also offers matcha which is so good and tons of ice cream flavors. Everything is super affordable with the popcorn size pictured as the smallest being about $5 and the largest size being $13-$20. The half dozen donuts are only $9 and a dozen is $15. Highly recommend!

One of the most underrated spots in the DMV in my opinion. Absolutely amazing owners who are truly passionate about the business and you can see it in what they serve. We got a box of their new croffles and donuts, as well as their matchas and cookie butter latte, and everything was soo good. Can’t recommend this place enough if you have a sweet tooth, you won’t be disappointed!

The best coffee I’ve ever had. I’m currently obsessed with the oasis latte . It has cardamom syrup and is delicious. They can substitute milk with oat milk and do have stevia. The family that runs this place is very sweet. Definitely good vibes. The classic donut was given as a sample and it was fresh and melted in my mouth. Amazing.

THAT I LOVED THIS PLACE SO MUCH. I will be here every week. I had a diet and it’s this. The donuts are bite sized but perfect in every way. They are literally funnel cake donuts. I also got a coffee (biscoff cookie butter) that was gone in 3 mins. Customer service was amazing. Oh and I forgot to mention THE DONUTS ARE FRESHLY MADE WITH EVERY ORDER!!!! Make sure you know what you want because you will be back for more.

Pop Scoops & Dough has honestly become one of my favorite local businesses. The whole setup is always clean and well-organised. The donuts are always fresh, warm and soft, the popcorn is so good and also always fresh there are always so many ice cream flavours to pick from and the milkshakes and matcha is top tier the owners are SUPER kind everyone working there is also super kind, respectful, and really make you feel welcome and you can tell that the team truly enjoys their work and cares about the people they serve. I’ll definitely keep supporting them and recommending them to others

Visited when they were closing, but they were still able to dish out what I wanted the made the donuts fresh. Great place for if you want a quick donut. I it seemed like they had a large variety of popcorn also. If you have a sweet tooth this is the place to go. It seemed like some other customers loved their lemonade but didn’t get to try it maybe next time. I would definitely stop by again. Go check them out.

There is nowhere else I would rather be. I haven’t tried the scoops yet, but the popcorn and the donuts are no joke. And the staff is incredibly kind and generous. This should be a national chain. Let’s put a Pop, Scoops & Dough where every Starbucks is now. Trust me.

This cute shop is family owned and they provide the best customer service!!! Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Sahar made my coffee exactly to my liking and wanted me to try it before i left to see if i wanted anything else in it. She is very hard working and a perfectionist when it comes to making coffee. I got the cookie butter latte and I would 100 percent recommend that drink to anyone. I can’t wait to go back and try more!!!! Her mom was also the sweetest and she let me try samples of their ice cream and popcorn while I waited for a friend! She gave me a complimentary donut which also was absolutely delicious. Soft, warm and fresh! Everything is amazing honestly and the staff makes you want to come back over and over again!
