We ordered the family‑size cheese sticks, but we were given the regular size instead. When I pointed out that the size was incorrect, the staff claimed that the size had changed and did not acknowledge the mistake. We buy these sticks often, so we know exactly what the family size is supposed to look like.

I really wanted to like this pizza. My son was super excited as his school orders from a Toppers and he wanted me to try it. Upon entering the restaurant I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The place just felt downright dirty. The door which states ‘employees only’ looks like it has never been wiped down and is covered in filth. The cashier was very nice and I was hopeful that despite being turned off the location that the pizza would taste delicious. Sadly it did not, The pizza barely had any cheese and you could see areas of just sauce all over the pizza. The meatballs on one of the Pizza were all dried out. Both of the pizzas were supposed to have a garlic butter crust, and only one of them dead. I will not be getting pizza from this location again.

The dough is awesome! Definitely one of the best around. I wasn’t a fan of them not using deodorant and handling the pizzas and toppings with their hands, plus cleaning up sauce leftovers with their fingers was pretty gross! But the pizza itself was fantastic! A bit greasy, but overall really good!

I love the pizza here in Toppers. It’s so yummy and fresh. Also the chicken here is so juicy. So in my opinion Toppers is better than pizza pizza or any pizza place here in Aurora.

For the same price range, the quality of the pizzas here are way better than what you would get from many of the bigger names of pizza chains out there. With those pizza chains, you tend to feel overwhelmed or a particular greasy kind of sensation after eating but not at Topper’s Pizza.
Even the strawberry cinnamon bites were fresh to order and was very much worth for the price paid.
The gentleman working at the counter of this outlet was helpful in understanding our billing requirements, despite being the only person running the operations at that night. Much appreciation and applause for balancing his customer service along with his hardwork.

For quality pizza, you just got to go to Toppers. Love the variety of choices and flavors. Their signature garlic dip..so yummy. The crust is the best.. My family’s fave is the Canadian pizza. Tried the steak with barbecue sauce for a change the other day and that was different but really good too. Service was awesome and the owner was so accommodating and nice. If you are looking for a delicious pizza, quality and value, go to Toppers Aurora. We will definitely come back again when we are in the area. Highly recommend.

I can honestly say that I have never had a problem with Toppers food, but the service from the Aurora store is a HUGE issue!!! 45 minutes beyond the suggested delivery time???!!!!!!
NO compensation based on what I was told would be the cost of my order!! On the phone, I was told the delivery would be 11:30am & order total would be $52.04. At 12:15pm the driver said the total was $62.04, but they would offer me a $10 discount for the delay???!!!!

Garlic butter crust. That is all you need to know. The pizza was very tasty, toppings portions were good. You are paying more for the pizza compared to the other chains, but you can’t compare. Good quality pizza. This place can get busy in the evening so be patient. There are in store specials. Social distancing measures in effect.
