Definitely have their off nights(typically new staff then it’s great again) but THIS is why I’ve ordered for more than 20yrs as a Colchester resident! Also just call if have issues THEY WILL FIX IT!!

I have to change my review on here. We order from here very often but I think we are done ordering from here. We ordered a couple of night’s ago and the wings were terrible. I ordered from them tonight 2/7/26 and you can see my pictures of my calzone. The manager thought it was okay to send this out to it’s customer. He didn’t care.

Service was ok, I’ve never had wings so overcooked. I’m pretty sure a corpse found in a house fire would have more moisture. Like, you can literally see through holes in the flesh into the bone. Not to mention very skimpy on the sauce. The medium wings might as well have been plain.
Update: I was given a refund and an apology for the quality. I’d like to give them another try at some point, but given the distance it’ll likely be a while. Thank you very much for that service. I really appreciate you standing behind your product.

Zacarys pizza is better!!! And service is NOT OK unless you use a debit card. I had to use 4 dollars in quarters because I was so hungry and the dude kept setting the tip jar in my face even knowing i only had change! Like it was an inconvenience to take my change for a 4.13 pizza slice witch is so beyond what it should be!
HE slid the tip jar 2 times at me like i HAD to tip because of my quarters. Just wanted to see how they would act , had my debit card on me and credit cards. Only reason I used quarters was to see if I was treated differently last 2 times werent that great, this is 3rd time been here and we wont be coming back.
