I thought it felt light when they handed it to me. With tip, I just paid $24 for a giant Big kahuna sandwich. Basically a loaf of bread, see pictures. Too bad, my home is less than a quarter mile from here. I will not be returning.

I don’t usually take time to review many places, but JM (or maybe this location) has went downhill so badly that I want to warn other not to waste money there. After being known for very generous (and equally pricy sandwiches), in our latest experience (2/1/26) we received sandwiches that were made with less ingredients than basic Subway sandwiches and the bread was old/crusty. They went from heaping amounts of meat to literally 1-2 slices of each type, while still costing nearly $80 for 3 subs delivered (with nothing else). Not sure if this is the result of the chain being bought out by an investment group, but we won’t be ordering again. I’ll take Jimmy Johns or Subway any day at 1/3 to 1/2 the price.

What can I say, but Jersey Mike’s never disappoints! Always fresh and made the way you like it! Excellent staff and customer service! Very clean restaurant and the Subs are Always amazing and taste so good! Every time I see a Danny Devito commercial I am instantly hungry for Jersey Mike’s, and always go their for dinner! Keep up the great work Jersey Mike’s! I highly recommend the Milford MI location.

I ordered three subs. The first sub I requested no mayonnaise, please put it on the side. They did not put it on the side they put the mayonnaise on the sandwich. I know this seems impossible but one of the four sections had no top bun. The third sandwich was correct. What I don’t understand is why do they ask you who is this for if they’re not going to label any of the subs? I tried calling them and dealing with them directly, but could not get through.

Just went there and got the biggest sandwich they have which cost like $17 and I literally had one slice maybe two slices of turkey on my sandwich. Absolutely pathetic and horribly made and also forgot my side that I requested. And when I went in there the guy was standing there twiddling his thumbs. If he had more time like that to make a sandwich then he could’ve put the right amount of meat on it. I’m not paying $17 for a loaf of bread! Not happy
