I placed an online order for footlong veggie delight sandwich at the Howdershell location. I’m glad I looked at the sandwich before taking my first bite because it was CHICKEN BREAST on my sandwich. Who puts animal products on a veggie sandwich, I instantly lost my appetite so instead of wanting them to remake it I asked for a refund. The young lady at the counter calls the supervisor and she being questioned about the situation, asked me if I was door dash and what relation am I to the person who ordered ( what difference does that make). Had I standing there for quite a while. Ultimately I was told they can remake it or take the supervisor phone number and talk to her about it ( which she could have spoken to me right then and there but didn’t ask to, then went on to say that it would take a week for a refund. Y’all clearly messed up my order and I have to wait a week, come on UNACCEPTABLE ! The young ladies at the counter seemed more apologetic than the management, they were more worried about 10 dollars than customer satisfaction. I will NEVER give them another red cent!!!!! Oh when an asked for corporates number I couldn’t get that, I only the store manager Angel. I feel the situation could/ should have been handled better and if I asked for my money back I should get it back being that they clearly made a mistake its not like i didn’t have a valid reason. I’m still going to try and find corporate number or someone over her at least!

Order my food through the app. went inside to wait for my food and watch them make it until the very end, where the one lady touched her face with her glove and then continued to make my food. The bad thing is the Manager was standing right there. Not sure if I will return to this location.

Just found hair in my found went for a refund and they employes didnt know how to refund smh they told me to drive to a another location for a refund wth?!lol i told them im not traveling more distance iv allready wasted gas..they called they boss who i had to speak with she told me this is her only day off and take a picture of the receipt and send it..i havent got a response yet i just called my credit card to fix this never will i eat here ever! and i ate there a lot do not eat here i repeat do not eat here

Since when is it okay to sit on the counter where food is prepare, with your shoes on no less. I come here all the time and I don’t think I’ll be back after seeing how little the new employees care about hygiene.

Warning, don’t online order from this location. I placed an order for a simple 6-inch an hour ago, and it was supposed to be ready five minutes ago. They still have not started on it, instead, just taking all line orders and walk-ins. They did not make my sandwich until more than an hour after I placed it, and it was ready only 25 minutes after it was supposed to be completed. Say goodbye to online ordering “convenience” here.

!!!! BEWARE!!!! I placed two online pick up orders and both were incorrect sandwiches. I made complaint on subway website for the first incident and received no response from the store. The second one, I went ahead and called store and spoke to a ANGEL, who told me she will pull up store cameras to see if sandwich was wrong and to to drive back up there to replace. Really, what does your store cameras have anything to do with a online pick up order???? That was employee wanting to be mean and nasty! SHAME ON YOU!!!!
I asked name of her superior and store number and she said “NO-I’m not giving you store information” Then she tried to hang up before I asked her name. I had no time to drive back up (lunch break) to store to pick up correct order nor would I want to put myself through the stress of being treated by employee who has zero customer service nor communication skills. I would not trust eating anything they remade for me as I do not trust a person that treats others in such a callous manner.. MONEY WASTED AND TREATED HORRIBLE!!! Thanks for wasting my time and money.

I came in to pick up an online order. As I specified on my order that there was a chicken allergy my sandwiches were still put into the same bag. Once I noticed those I told them that there was a chicken allergy and the manager yells “WELL YOU DIDNT SAY THAT ON THE ORDER” I told her regardless it’s two footling orders with an allergy specified so why would they be in the same bag, also being I ordered chips with both orders. I didn’t know which sandwich was which so the manager pulls the sandwiches out the bag with NO GLOVES TO CHECK. I then saw here touch the sandwich a little that was unwrapped at the bottom and she tells me that I am lying and that she didn’t touch the bread with her bare hands and that I was “accusing her”. So I asked her “how am I accusing you and I saw it with my own eyes?” The manager then threw the sandwich really hard to the back sink and it startled me terribly because I didn’t know what she would do next. She took out both sandwiches without gloves and I asked her to remake the one she touched with no gloves on. She then refused and told me to get out of the store. I then asked for my money back after she told me to get out. I told her that she shouldn’t be arguing with the customer because we are here to keep her a job.
This manager had not washed her hands or had on gloves while touching my food. She should know that it’s cross contamination!!!!!I will never come back to this place again and I will be writing reviews on this location on every platform so people can know how they’ll be treated because someone is too aggravated to put on gloves!!!!

I normally don’t like to write bad reviews. However, I have three bad experiences with this location. The first time I placed a mobile order and the worker gave my order to someone else. They hassled me over the sandwich.
The second time I went due to the issue with my first order I was treated as if I was a criminal. They made me read off verbatim what I had ordered. Even when I literally had the receipt/app in hand
The third visit, I informed the staff I had a mobile order. I told them the name on the order. They repeatedly called back the wrong name. I told them that’s not my order. I show them my ID to confirm the name on the order to avoid further confusion. They tell me they don’t have an order for me. Approach the register to show my receipt as proof of purchase. The manager looks at the order on the counter and calls out my name as if I had not just shown them my ID and TOLD THEM MY NAME REPEATEDLY!!!!
The lady gestures to hand me my sandwich, but stops and demands to see my ID again. I show her again. She then makes me sign the receipt. I’ve never had to sign a receipt for a mobile order lol I literally shook my head in frustration at the way I had been treated.
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION AGAIN. WORST SUBWAY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.
