I had a great experience at this Jimmy John’s location. The staff was professional, polite, and handled everything with genuine care. Even when another customer’s order was mixed up, they apologized immediately and offered a small treat to make things right — really impressive customer service.
The atmosphere is also great, with positive posters throughout the restaurant that add a surprisingly uplifting touch.

I love the franchise but I’ve gone to this particular location for years. Not often but often enough. Everything is clean, stocked and appealing for such a small space. I ordered delivery and they forgot one of the sandwiches. I called and assured them I wasn’t upset and to take their time getting back if they where busy. Not only did they apologize a million times. They returned in 6 minutes flat with the replacement, and a box of extra snacks and sandwiches. The driver told me only herself another person where working. I was so impressed with their service, I offered her a hundred dollar too to split with the other employee and she refused! If I could complain about anything, I wish they would have accepted it because I truly think they both earned it.

Friday night about 6:15 pm on my way home from work . I stopped off at this nasty establishment to get a couple sandwiches for my wife and I. About 7 pm I sat down to eat unrated my sandwich and low and behold a long black hair in my food. . I called they said they would make me a new sandwich, but honestly hell no,if your that nasty I don’t want you touching my food. I’ll never go to that restaurant again. Shut them down . They are a hazard.

We have stopped at this location many times. The staff have always been Pleasant and greet you sincerely and have asked us how we are when we’re waiting for a sandwich. Our sandwiches were tasty and fresh and the place was clean. Will definitely go back. Also like that they now offer the wheat sub Roll Along with the wheat sliced bread.
9-2024 update, had to knock the sandwich down a notch. Meat did not go to the end of the bread (to be expected I guess unless you order extra meat), but more importantly the lettuce on both of our sandwiches was wilty and was starting to turn on the edges. I don’t like old lettuce and especially since we were the first customers that day (walked in as they opened and ticket number was ‘1’.
Hope we have a better experience next time.

My bf got me a large turkey and cheese sub. This is NOT worth $10.49. There’s maybe three and that generous deli size pieces of turkey on this sub! So sad.

EDIT: Great news! was just a fluke with the website. I am happy to report that I am able to order again from here and I am one happy girl about it!
I love ordering from Jimmy John’s. Either the Italian or Hunters Club on the wheat bread, such a yummy treat! The delivery folks are always super pleasant and super-fast, all of them are awesome! Why the 3 stars you ask? I went to put in an order for delivery this morning for a lunch time delivery only to be told multiple times by the website that they do not delivery to our address anymore. Our building was always ordering from them and now they just stopped. I am not sure of the reason but, if they ever start delivering to “our area” again, please let me know and this once happy customer will return

This jimmy johns location decided that brown Ed lettuce was suitable to put on a sandwich! Absolutely disgusting! My dad got me the veggie sandwich for as take out and I had to scrap off all the lettuce and the sandwich was honestly horrible!

A first for me. I read here this also happened to another person. We watch our neighbors house seasonally and he gave us a few gift cards as a thank you. One was a Jimmy John’s gift card for $25.00. We went in for 2 subs. Our first time there. Rather expensive, but hey we had our new gift card! Ordered 2 subs which came to over 33.00! Huh? For 2 subs? One Cuban and one was some type of beef or steak sub. So would cost us about 8.00 difference! Wow, still expensive but figured these things would be packed at least for those prices! Now for the kicker, as we read on another review afterwards, the new gift card, had no money on it! Huh? So instead of 8.00 for these subs, it cost us 33.00 and change! We looked at each other and shook our heads. Instead of walking out, we paid full price for our subs and we noticed, they never gave us the gift card back! My bad for not noticing until we got home. Now for the $33.00 subs! My Cuban was more a vegetarian sub when they got done with it! Where’s the rest of the meat? My wife actually starting laughing because of our ridiculous experience and what it ended up costing us for lunch! These subs are mostly bread and veggies. I mentioned it to my neighbor when he checked in with us to see how all was going. He said, the card was new and funds should had been no problem. We tried to laugh it off with him. But honestly, never again we we eat at Jimmy John’s. We looked at some other reviews and pictures, and there were many that looked like our very Anemic Subs! The bread was good but the rest of sub was skimpy and I’m still not sold on the empty gift card. It’s happened there before and we will stick to Publix amazingly packed subs for about 10.00 each! Not a great experience at all. Never again! Thanks!

Twice I’ve ordered for delivery this month and twice have I not received my order. The first time the driver told me he was busy and could not deliver. I ordered 2 hours prior. Today I was told my order could not be found except I paid for it and it was taken out of my bank. Their solution was to call my bank and dispute. I don’t feel I should have to do this and clearly they need to be trained. Twice Ive ordered and twice there was no food delivered and I’ve gone hungry on my lunch break.
