Ordered carry out via the app, was super excited to have the famous breadsticks from the 80’s. (25 min wait) Drove to the pickup line & was only 1 car in front of me. The pizza looked great, the breadsticks not so much. Breadsticks seemed to be chewy with bland flavor & not the crispy breadsticks that I remember. Maybe they had too much slathered on top of them. The pizza sauce on the pizza seemed odd to me. Next time I order carry out I’ll try the cheese sticks. Since they just opened I’ll give them some grace, definitely not 5 ⭐️ and hopeful for a better experience next time.

I placed an order when they first opened and it was a terrible experience. It took forever to get pizza and the taste was not what I expected. I decided to give them another try a few months later and experience was completely different in a good way. Pizza was ready when app told me and the quality was top notch. Highly recommended!!

This was the first time trying Pizza Hut since they came back to town. I was so excited to get a good Pizza Hut pizza. Boy was I shocked. It was the worst pizza I have ever ate. It sure wasn’t the Pizza Hut I remember growing up eating. The crust was not crispy and greasy like Pizza Hut, it was thin and doughy. The sauce? I don’t even know what to say about it. It was not even good and was bland. I wanted a good Pizza Hut pizza. Little Caesar’s out beat Pizza Hut and that is so sad but that’s where I’ll be going from on. It wasn’t the workers I don’t believe. I think it’s just the changes Pizza Hut has made to try and save a buck. Don’t waste your money people

I ordered via the app for a later pickup. Everything was ready and still hot when picked up. If the pizza was the same as it was in my younger days there wouldn’t be a review level high enough. But I know it’s changed and wasn’t expecting the pizza from days gone by. Apparently someone died and took that recipe to their grave with them. I still gave the pizza a four because it does compare nicely to other pizzas available today.

I ordered a meat lovers with pan crust. I got a hand tossed at best crust with pepperoni sausage, hard rectangle shaped ham. By far my worst experience from Pizza Hut. I’m 50 and been eating pizza from Pizza Hut since I was a kid. Such a shame!

So my son and I decided to go with the new New Yorker style pizza with an order of cheese bread. Usually we have to wait like 45 minutes from other pizza places. This order was literally picked up 10-15 minutes after I placed the order. I put on the instructions “I’ll meet you at the door”. Hoping the driver would knock but they left it at my door and I wanted to tip the driver. The pizza was a little cold but the garlic cheese bread was hot and yummy. Maybe the pizza got cold due to being a thin pizza. Otherwise, everything was great!

So happy to have Pizza Hut back in Greeneville. Love the pan pizza!! Great place to pick up a pizza, my only complaint is it’s hard to get out of parking lot. I need to go left and that’s really hard.
