Absolutely terrible. The portions are so small. The double meat doesn’t look anything like a normal subway sandwich. I had the mexicali (first photo) and a steak and cheese (last 2 photos) Absolutely robbery to pay 25 dollars and change for 2 footlongs.

The person making my food constantly suggested to change what I ordered questioning every choice. Proceeded to say “that’s not enough ranch, are you a wuss for not wanting more?”. Place is laughable and I’ll never be back. I don’t normally write reviews ever but this is just ridiculous. My hope is this store closes. Pathetic.

Reading other reviews it looks like this fellow from Texas has been doing this for months. I’m still upset from leaving there hours ago. Completely unacceptable for an employee to rudely suggest their own personal preferences and snide comments like this young man (child maturity) did.

If you are reading this to make it more clear I wouldn’t even go back to this Subway restaurant even if they were giving free food away. Clearly management allows this or else I wouldn’t be reading comments where this guy has been showcasing this behavior for months. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

2 workers, front door standing open, super hot inside the restaurant, ordered online at 4:30 and arrived at the store at 5 and food still wasn’t ready another lady leaving said I would have been better off to just made it at home myself. It’s now 5:40 and I’m still waiting for my online order. Please get someone to actually work this subway location and please start keeping it stocked. Because at this point it seriously needs closed down. Sad.

Got a steak sub with no steak. Called them and Zackary answers and my wife explained what happened and he hung the phone up on her, she calls back incase it was accidental and he hangs up on her again!!! What a business Even left uncut veggies for us to choke on…

We walked in and went to counter. The young man (employee from Texas he said)kept correcting us on our order rudely, judged how much or how little we wanted… Judged another customer before us about how much mayo she chose to use in her sandwich. When I picked two choc chip cookies out he literally told me I was “ weird” for not choosing the strawberry cheesecake …. There were no straws napkins available. The tea and lemonade was next to empty. Tables were dirty. Seemed unprofessional and easily distracted. Using his personal opinion towards customers. We will not be using this Subway again in future until this young man is spoken to about professionalism and courtesy, and until this is corrected. Plenty more subways to choose from… avoid!

Placed online order picked it up drove home opened it and not even close to what I ordered. Drove all the way back up there was dealing with a gentleman then the rudest women comes from the back butting her nose in telling me not to be rude. Not I’m sorry we apologize all she could do is make excuses we were so busy we have been busy all day mistakes happen all the time. Well I’m sorry but that’s not my problem. Do your job watch what your doing. Customers shouldn’t have to pay for your mistakes. Not even an I’m sorry REALLY! Will never go to that subway again. There are 5 more in town.

Worst experience ever. Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and never heard anyone. When I went in, there were no customers inside and three workers. All three of the workers looked like they needed a shower (greasy hair everywhere, dirt under nails, one of them had a fist size hole in their shirt showing their stomach). And two of them were fighting because the one at the register was on the phone and not doing anything. The one thay made my sandwich stormed off and it took the one at the register longer to check me out than it took to make the sandwich. I won’t be back.

Ordered our sandwiches online and they were not ready when I got there. I had to wait a few minutes for them to get finished. One of the sandwiches wasn’t opened until later. It was supposed to have double meat, but it didn’t. For the price we paid, you’d think we would have gotten what we paid for. My wife contacted the store via email but never got a response.
