This restaurant is amazing!! The food has great flavor, portion sizes that are worth it, and tons of options. The gyro was delicious and I highly recommend getting the spicy sauce. Also the staff is so helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend this place and we will be coming back!

Stopped by White Sauce Grill in Chapel Hill, food was great. I got the gyro with Cajun fries, and the portions were huge. The gyro was seasoned perfectly and the fries were crispy, just how I like them. I skipped the white sauce since I’m not big on that yogurt-cream mix, but their spicy sauce pulled everything together. The place did feel a bit empty atmosphere-wise, but overall, solid spot with great food.

This place was such a great find. White Sauce Bar and Grill offers a fast-casual Mediterranean style concept where you can build your own bowl with your choice of meat or falafel over rice or veggies, and everything tasted incredibly fresh.
We ordered the chicken and gyro over rice and both were absolutely delectable. Portions were very generous, and the sauces on top completely made the dish – so flavorful without being overwhelming.
We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner and learning that this is his own creation, which made the experience feel even more personal. He even surprised us with a complimentary tiramisu at the end, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for something quick, filling, and genuinely delicious.

Big portions of delicious NYC-style authentic “halal cart” foods, up there with the best from new york (spoken as a long time new Yorker). Tender and tasty chicken and gyro meat over oily, well-seasoned rice, and topped with a surprising amount of delicious veggies. One portion could definitely provide two meals, or one very hungry college kid! The falafel was also amazingly crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.

Best halal food in RTP! Tried this place for the first time today and will definitely be back. Lived In Philly before and seriously missed good halal food and this is the first place that hit the spot after we moved to this area over 2 years ago.
We got the falafel over pita and chicken over rice with both the white and green sauce and both dishes were amazing. So flavorful and fresh, very tasty. The chicken was nicely marinated and the rice so flavorful, I kept stealing a few bites of rice from my husband’s platter 🙂 The falavel was juicy and there was also an abundance of fresh tasty veggies in both dishes – just amazing food. The owner was very friendly. If you want great halal food – this is the place!

First time coming here and it was fantastic! food was super fresh and made to order. i got the chicken and gyro over fries and it was a lot of food. i was able to finish it but could easily be two meals.
the meat was flavorful but i really enjoyed how much sauce they give you. the staff was super friendly and checked in on us if we were alright. the meal plus a drink was about $17. great value.
it was a little warm in the restaurant due to the kitchen being in the same room. i would definitely come back again to try other items on their menu.
parking was a little bit difficult to find so plan accordingly.

So much good food for a great price! My husband and I shared the chicken and falafel over fries and each got a pita and it was more than enough! The service was great and the restaurant was clean and had a fun vibe. Definitely a hot spot for students, but it was still fun and not excessively loud. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing!! I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed a meal out this much. I ordered the gyro over rice, my nephew ordered the gyro on pita and fries. Everything was so fresh. The sauces were absolutely amazing. And the owner was super helpful and patient while we were deciding what to eat. 10/10!!
