Fish is pre cooked and it tasted like it was hours old. The fries were also pre cooked and tasted old, cold and rubbery. The coleslaw was slimy and wilted.The only thing edible was the hush puppies. This place used to serve fresh cooked fish. It has went downhill over the last few years. Management does not care. They are just sorry but dont change anything. Definitely done giving this place anymore of my money.

The food was OK to good. We had fish, shrimp and coleslaw. The atmosphere was atrocious. Music so loud they couldn’t hear our order and we couldn’t understand them. All the tables were dirty. The tarter sauce and cocktail sauce were both empty. I had to ask them to fill them. The service was poor because she couldn’t hear us and she was apparently new and didn’t know how to add a piece of fish to the order. She was going to ask someone several times but finally figured it out because no one had time to help her. It took less time to get our food than to order.

My client and I went to this establishment and the items that were on the web page they did not have. That should have been a red flag, but we were hungry, so we ordered. We got the fish with waffle fries and hush puppies, I also got shrimp with mine and a side of popcorn shrimp. The fries were cold and barely cooked. The fish was super crunchy but still acceptable. The hush puppies were disgusting. My shrimp seemed like it had been under a warmer for hours, and the breading was like shoe leather. The popcorn shrimp, on the other hand was really good. I brought the cole slaw home and it had so much vinegar in it I couldn’t eat it. Hope other Long John Silvers are better than this one.

Fish was THIN and HARD. Not what I remember. Staff was not helpful. French fries (waffle) were terrible too! Not what I remember.

Tonight was the third time we ate at the Long John Silver’s side of this establishment. The fish and the hush puppies are very good, the rotten wood chips they call French fries are disgusting and when they give you the proper amount of cold slaw it’s fine.
The workers are friendly enough however they really need to hire people who can both speak and comprehend English, that was the worst part of this place. They simply couldn’t understand what we order and have yet to get our order correct, even after trying to explain what the error was they just couldn’t understand.

Don’t waste your money ordering here. I’ve never, not once, gotten my food right. Each time it’s a whole new screw-up. From giving me the wrong menu item, to giving me someone else’s order, to not giving me everything in my order, to even dumping the contents of a burrito into a bowl because they were out of tortillas.
This last time I was desperate and in a rush so I ordered, and the food was burnt black on the outside and still cold in the middle!

No one seemed to know what to do or how to do things like take an order. The tables were dirty, gross, and sticky. The music was so loud we couldn’t have a conversation. Louder than any bar or club I have ever been in. Food was barely edible. All in all, a very bad experience.
