ordered online, my extra cheese light sauce came as a standard pepperoni and the cheese sticks were cut like a pizza. called the manager, she said “oh, so THATS what happened. okay bye!” without offering me any resolution. im furious. id call corporate if my girlfriend would let me. instead ill just tell everyone i know to stay away from this papa john’s. absolutely wild.

EDIT: manager called back. said she refunded the pizza. cool. then tried to say she did tell me she would (she didnt) and, even if she didn’t, she was “75 pizzas in” and “you said you just wanted to let me know” which like. yeah? but even a partial refund is standard. started deflecting hard and blaming both me and the rush because she couldn’t say “ill take care of it in a minute” and then apologize in the call after. not coming back. dont waste your money here.

I’ve ordered from here maybe about 6 or 7 times, the latest the pizzas had barely any sauce. I don’t know what changed but the crust was also unusually thin, Papa John’s is usually a good place to order from but not up to standard anymore.

Extremely disappointed. We got a NY style pizza. It was delicious until we got to the hairs baked into the pizza. Living on a fixed income in these high inflationary times it is a SPLURGE for us to get pizza, especially the expensive NY style. We will stick with Italian restaurant pizza in the future. This was a disgusting experience. Delivery was very fast and the driver was very friendly but that is not reason to order any further food from Papa Johns.

I really hope this location goes out of business. Tonight was the final straw for me with this location, I ordered a simple NY style triple cheese pizza and was sent a large pepperoni pizza instead, called the manager and kindly asked to have it remade, she says there will be a 45min-1hr wait…cool. An hour goes by I get the pizza and it was ANOTHER large pepperoni!! So I called back this time and requested a refund, the manager proceeds to ask me in a very annoyed tone “why are you asking for a refund??! I added triple cheese on the pizza” like excuse me??! You’re getting mad at me because you couldn’t put your last two good brain cells together and make a simple cheese pizza on thin crust?? Lmaoo anyway after I told her she messed my pizza up again there was a long pause and she proceeded with my refund. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Constantly have gotten poorly made pizza from this location. I asked them to remake the pizza with some actual fluffy crust on it, and the second one came back just as bad or maybe worse. All of their menus and advertisements show fluffy crust, and other locations make it that way, this one even when requested can’t seem to do it.

I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering from this location because my experience seems to be part of an ongoing pattern of poor service, rude management, and an overall lack of accountability.

I placed an order and monitored the Papa Tracker closely, knowing that I live in a secure building where deliveries can be tricky. The tracker was malfunctioning, but I was actively watching for my delivery. Suddenly, I received an email at 1:51 pm, stating my order had been delivered—except I hadn’t received anything. After refreshing the tracker several times, I called the store and was connected to the manager, who told me the driver had called multiple times. I checked my phone while on the call and saw no missed calls, no voicemails, and no notifications.

I tried to be reasonable, acknowledging that maybe the call didn’t go through, but the manager was already defensive. He offered to have the driver return, but said it would “take a while,” which meant I would be receiving a cold pizza for a mistake that was not mine. I then asked if the driver could message me or at least leave a voicemail (so that at least my phone would alert me of voicemail) if the call didn’t go through this time, to prevent the same issue from happening again. His response? A flat-out no. He told me his driver had “other things to do.” As if I had nothing better to do than watch a non-functioning tracker and chase down my own dinner.

What makes this even more concerning is that when I asked for the manager’s name, he refused to give it. This is completely unacceptable. A manager is the face of the business and should be accountable for how the store operates. If a customer has a problem, they should be able to reference the person they spoke with. A refusal to provide a name raises serious concerns—why is he so afraid to be identified? This is not professional, not transparent, and not how customer service should work.

After reading other reviews, I see that I am far from the only one who has had issues at this location. Customers have had their orders repeatedly messed up, been refused reasonable requests for corrections, been disrespected by managers, and, just like me, had managers refuse to give their names. This is not a one-time issue—it’s a pattern of behavior that Papa John’s corporate needs to investigate.

This location needs serious improvement in customer service, communication, and managerial accountability.

If you’re considering ordering from here—think twice. Based on my experience and the many similar ones from other customers, this location does not respect its customers or take responsibility for its mistakes.

I thought I ordered a different pizza from what I received, so I did a review that I was disappointed. Miranda, a new general manager called me to follow up! Turns out I was wrong! I DID get what I ordered!!! God bless her for checking! Very nice!

I’m not sure why he raised his voice or called me over as if I was arguing with him. I had just arrived, and the order wasn’t ready yet, but I patiently waited. Later, he came and placed the order at the counter, saying, “Here you go.” I thanked him, but after I picked it up, he shouted at me, saying, “Don’t argue with me, you might be stealing the pizza.” Before I even entered, he seemed to know I was there for a pickup and warned me, “I won’t give you the order; I might take it back.” He even mentioned that he wouldn’t allow me to enter the store.

I asked him why there’s CCTV in the store if he was going to look at me that way. I’m confused about where the respect went in this situation. Is this how customers should be treated? I believe it’s best to keep personal issues aside when dealing with others.

I ordered my customized large pizza on the way home from taking my son to get a haircut. The food arrived 15 mins after we got into the door and we were hungryyy! It was right on time and it was gooood and hot! As you can see it’s almost gone and we got it about ten minutes ago lol!
