I had the chicken stir fry ramen and was happy with the dish. It maybe needed a few more noodles and a bit less of the meat and mixture but the flavor profile was on point and the serving size was generous.

Great spot for ramen. I came in with my son and the food was solid. Very flavorful broth and quick service. What really stood out, was the short black-haired cashier who had helped us. She was patient, friendly, and really good with my kid. Staff like that deserve a little extra appreciation. We’ll definitely be back.

The flavor of the rice is good. However, the shrimp was over cooked. I ordered shrimp fried rice! And I mean wayyy over cooked. The Harumaki was very greasy. I wouldn’t recommend the place. Nobody likes waisting their money. Also, nobody greets you.

This place sucks, the workers were super kind but I did not like the way my drink was made so I asked if they could remake it. However, their manager refused to let them remake my drink. If I am paying almost $7 for a drink, I would like it to be remade without having to pay again. Do not go here if you want to deal with a greedy manager that does not care about their customers experience.

I wasn’t a huge fan of the beef stir fry ramen. I don’t think there was much favor or meat in there. The girl with the black short hair is sweet and friendly to customers. I would probably only get ice cream or sweet potato fries here. I could probably make more spicy tasty ramen at home but I just want to see what it taste like here. They have ube ice cream which looks so yummy.

After spending over $20 for one person, and looking forward to trying this for the first time, I was very disappointed! My 9 year old ordered ramen on the kiosk, and got the crispy chicken. It ended up being too spicy for her to eat. I asked if it could please be remade non-spicy and was told no, and that I would have to order a whole new one. They pointed to the board behind them and pointed out the Crispy Chicken has a red pepper symbol next to it so I should have known. But there are no red pepper symbols anywhere on the kiosk, which is what my daughter ordered off of. Just poor customer service, because I feel like it would have taken minimal effort for them to remake for a child!

It was my first time at Ichiddo Ramen Oakbrook and this super sweet sever, with short black hair made my visit very enjoyable! I had a hard time deciding what I wanted, she was very patient and helped me find a perfect ramen for me Will be back again!

I can’t say if the food was good or not because their system charged me and errored out so they never got my order. I asked them well am I able to get my order and I showed them my bank statement, they said I have to pay again? Well now I’m down 22 dollars and they want me to spend another 22 dollars. They also said if I don’t get my money back by tonight to call them. What? So if there’s a fault on your side the customer just has to deal with it, and waste time disputing it with the bank if it doesn’t go through? I mean at least make me my food that I paid for and I’m on lunch break so now I wasted my time on my break. Not even a manager was there so if you have issues good luck because it’s only associates.

They lack customer service skills. No one is at the counter and just have a sign to order through the machine. Then they put the food on the counter without calling people. Also, we needed some salt and the girl told us that the salt is only for the kitchen and to grab some for the taco place. It seems that they don’t have a supervisor and don’t care about the businesses.

I stopped by with my boyfriend to get a quick meal before our movie and I got the Chicken Donburi. At first glance it didn’t look like much, but after mixing it up and tasting it, I was so glad I gave it a chance! Was seasoned well and tasted fresh. I’ll definitely be back to try more.
