We have had to return to have orders corrected. Today my Blondie was nothing more than milk. You can tell by the color if something isn’t right. The past two weeks have been great but today back to getting weak drinks. Delicious when made properly. Enjoy the employees who take our orders. They are always friendly and helpful.

I ordered a blondie and received a hot chocolate. When I asked for a replacement, I was given a cup with the lid not on all the way and it spilled all over my car, including my lap and burned me. I would appreciate someone reach out asap, as no one answers the customer service line.

Today was the first time I have been to 7 Brew. I have tried to go by several other times before but the drive thru was atrocious. The employees who helped me today were all extremely friendly and professional- bouncy and outgoing which definitely made this a positive experience and the drink I ordered (Iced Blondie w/ cookie butter) was beyond phenomenal. Wasted $8 dollars on a drink this morning only to take my first drink of it. Guess what came through the straw. Someone’s nasty long dark brown hair(I have red hair and it’s always put up when working in food service.. so I knew it wasn’t mine)I literally almost puked bc of it. If this is how your business is ran not making sure health code is kept up. Leaves me wondering what else you cut corners on!! Hair shoulder length and beyond regardless has to be put up. I’ve seen your people with their nasty hair down too many times! I called and no one answered when I did! That’s not good customer service at all! And I work in customer service myself!

They serve great shakes if you aren’t in the fancy for coffee or teas. Also what’s great about 7Brews is that we can add whatever you want and they don’t add anything extra to the cost. A large shake will cost around $7 plus tax which is a great deal in my opinion and the staff is always friendly. They always give suggestions if you are looking for something new. 20/10

Had to repeat my phone number several times, then my order that was listed under my phone number several times and then have my card swiped 3/4 times to be charged after being told my card was denied. Asked her to stop swiping my card and paid cash. Asked for a receipt and was offered to just take a picture of the tablet.
The cashier who reeked of weed was in complete confusion.

This place knows how to make coffee! Every single time I go there I get exactly what I wanted and it’s always good. The staff is fast and friendly and the lines move fast! Not far from the interstate and well worth the time if you’re in the area.
