Saw this place before it opened, as I walk downtown a lot, and was really excited to try it. It was definitely good, but I had previously had their catering for a company event and would say that was better. Overall, for a quick burrito downtown it is a great option. Atmosphere is upbeat and colorful. Unfortunately a lot of AI generated images on their slideshow 🙁

We heard about Maria’s Mexican restaurant from some friends, they were in Downtown Fargo recently and stumbled upon this restaurant a half block west of Broadway on the Northside of 1st Avenue. They went on and on about the food, and how great it is and that the service was spot on. Since I saw the impression it had on them we took a 30 mile drive to check it out today.
We were not disappointed, the food is not only flavorful and savory, it’s down right Delicious! This establishment has created a place that allowed me to reminisce with forgotten tastes of years gone by while providing an excellent overall experience. Definitely on my list when we go into Fargo from now on.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As soon as I stepped into the restaurant I immediately love the smell coming from the kitchen. Reminds me of Texas! I enjoyed my stay while having a XL Burrito with Carne Asada. Meat was delicious I can tell it was marinated, well done pretty nice, not stringy which is good. Salsa, Rice and Beans tasted super fresh as if it was made on the spot! Service is simple, easy and interactive. I Highly recommend coming here again for breakfast or lunch!
