I visited this location and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and it was dry and tasted old, which was very disappointing and below the quality I expect from Wendy’s. The positive part of the visit was the customer service. There were only three employees working the entire restaurant, and the young man who took our order was running both the drive-thru and the front lobby. He was friendly and professional despite being overworked.I didn’t catch his name, but he deserves recognition. Young Hispanic male. Unfortunately, the food quality really needs improvement.

This Wendy’s experience was quick and easy. They got the order correct the 1st time. As well as the person at the window making sure that we had all The condiments that was needed for our exact order.
I think it’s worth mentioning that although it is ♂️ fast food, I’m grateful that they have Baked Potatoes it is an overall healthier choice when you have a Cardiovascular Disease and you’re sodium intake can make or break you.
Also I’ve been to this Wendy’s multiple times and they are aware and attentive to my individual needs in regards to my individual order.

I’m at Wendy’s right now Eldorado a central express way …I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich look at what I ordered VS What I got. The over cooked burnt chicken patty. Flat as hell So sad. And why they always have 3 customers an be confused. Everytime

Most of the time I get good food and service here. The service is always great.
Om this occasion I stopped by to get a Biggie Deal breakfast. I ordered a Sausage muffin, and what I got was a totally unheated muffin split with a cold cooked sausage patty and a cold piece of cheese. The grackles in the parking lot enjoyed it! It was too nasty for me to eat!
Eat somewhere else!

I went to this location at lunch and ordered the spicy chicken. I wasn’t happy with my sandwich because I wasn’t aware it didn’t come grilled. I thought Wendy’s had a grilled sandwich. The manager on duty was so nice enough to suggest the Asiago and replaced my sandwich with the Asiago. I was so happy they didn’t get upset with me for changing my order after it was already made. Thank you to the staff and manager for being so nice.

Wendy’s has the best budget meals, get a couple frosty tags at the start of the year, Texas double costs $6 comes with fries nuggets and drink and decent sized burger and get your two free frostys all year with the key tag. Ton of food for $6

They maybe get my mobile order correct about 1 out of 4 times. Asked for no tomato, go no lettuce either. Got a kids cheeseburger, came with bacon for no particular reason.

Was good but I could’ve gotten a bigger sand which at McDonalds. The chicken sand which used to be bigger but nope looked like a Jr. Husband got the pretzel baconator the picture looked better. I guess pictures make everything look bigger. Fries were over cooked.

Customer service was good but the establishment was dirty, dirty! Updating this review as I stayed a little longer the manager was talking awful to an employee that appeared to be slightly handicap. He needed the key to open the toilet paper container to fill it and she was screaming that she wasn’t gonna give it to him to just put the toilet paper in the bathroom. Believe the young man’s name was Alex. Corporate is going to be getting a call regardless if they are a franchise they still have to operate under guidelines. The woman in the picture I’m assuming is the manager was the individual yelling at Alex!
