My review on this place is based on the customer service and the quality of the food. Allow me to begin with that the customer service for a Chinese food take out goes unmatched with any other I’ve experienced. Now onto the quality of the food is 10/10 never had the meat under cooked or in bad quality. The pricing they have for the food is fairly affordable for what you get. I waited till about two months to give them a review to see the service was consistent and it definitely was and I love it so would you.

Food was really bad to be honest, i love asian food but this place gave me a really bad experience.
The service was poor and rude.
The rice with chicken that i ordered was like eating from a microwave and the spicy soup that i order tasted way diferent that the other ones i habe tried (it didn’t have taste at all). I hope you improve the way you cook the food.

This place has lost its touch, last night was my final straw. Ordered a boneless spare rib tip combo, and half the order of rib tips was fat and blubber. Extremely unacceptable to serve to a customer, especially during dinner time. INCONSIDERATE AND DISGUSTING.

Updated review! By far the last two times had been horrible. For some reason when you order delivery the quality isn’t the same. Both times I ordered rice, pork or house special, they only give you 1 shrimp and it has no flavor. The spare rib tips were also dried with no flavor and straight fat.

It’s been 5 yrs i have been ordering when i don’t feel like cooking, The chubby guy is extremely rude. I ordered Jalapeno chicken last week and the chicken was not properly cooked and i had to throw the food even though i paid $15 for it. This week i was craving for it and when i called to order and mentioned what happened last time and requested him to make sure the chicken is cooked properly, he says” you always have to complain and if you don’t like than don’t eat our food”!!! what kind of service is that???? he should have simply said, sorry and will inform the kitchen. He did not feel bad that i had to throw my food!

Used to be my go to place. A few weeks ago I ordered noodle soup and found mold in my noodles. I was very disappointed but I been purchasing food from this location for almost a year so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it just happened once. Today I ordered seafood delight over the phone. My partner went to pick it up. As I open the food container my lord the smell of old rotten food. I thought it was just me so I asked my partner to smell it. My partner explained it was probably because of the imitation crab meat. Again, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried a couple of bites. It was horrible. It Taste old and bitter! I had to throw the whole thing away. I will never order from them again. Please beware and be careful when ordering from this place. I don’t know what have change but surely they are not rotating the food to keep it fresh. I will have to spend my money somewhere else.

Great chinese food. I’ve stayed in Union City for 9 days and I came here almost every single day because me and my boyfriend really liked their food and they have a big menu so we tried something new everyday. The prices are also really good and the people are welcoming.
