This place is on another level. The ingredients are soooooo fresh—you taste it immediately. The squid salad deserves its own moment: crisp cucumber, that perfect sweet vinegar, and what I think is a hint of ginger that just brings everything together. Fresh, light, and absolutely addictive.
The rainbow roll?
The nigiri? Broooooooo
And honestly, the list just keeps going and going.
As a recommendation straight from the owner and chef, we tried their desserts—and they did not disappoint. The date cake was a total surprise in the best way possible. Sweet, rich, and the perfect way to end the meal.
The only downside (said with love) is that they’re now way too close to my office, so I already know I’ll be spending way too much time here
