We had AB Chili, Corn Dog, Large Fries, Large Coke and two Corn Dogs. Kudos to Rose that took our order. The Facility was in excellent condition. Kudos to Manager Sonny, he came out to speak to all of the customers. That is awesome Customer service. Kudos to him and his staff. The Corn dogs was freshly made. The chili dog was great. Please give this resturant a merit raise.i will definitely come back and tell my family and friends. Came back late at night, before Midnight, fast service and Corn Dogs was freshly made.came back usosawesome corn dogs and chili dog. Really great choices, came back again kudos to Sonny. My husband and I ordered Chili cheese dogs and corn dogs only to be met with almost no chili and finger marks left from how hard they squeezed the buns. The lady who took our order was nice but the food was a joke.

Ordered a few food items and a large lemonade. Half way through eating and only after taking a few sips my lemonade was all gone, Only to realize that they filled the majority of the cup with ice, it was about an inch and half away from the lid. Went to ask for a refill since as you can clearly see the cup was full of ice and was told it is against policy. By the time I took pictures a lot of it melted but you can still see it was full of ice.

This restaurants lacks professionalism and customer service. From drive thru to dealing with Jessica the shift manager. I called in to voice concerns regarding the food and service. As the individual that answered the phone proceeded to set the phone down. I could hear the entire conversation between staff that was less that appropriate. I understand this is a fast food establishment but common curtsey and customer service should never lack!

Ok this sucked. We waited 15 minutes for a cold chili cheese dog , cold Chicago dog and a polish sandwich on a hamburger bun instead of the proper bread.
Will not be back to this location.
I’ll stick to the Austin bluffs location.

This place is an embarrassment, the easiest food you can make and they mess up EVERY time. They are super slow if you order more than one item or the food is crap. No wonder there’s only a couple cars in the drive-thru, during dinner time. The hot dogs we got this time were so hard you could hear it snap. Didn’t even finish the bite n looked n it looks like it’s been there for days!! Not even hot, should have been the first give away.

I had the best experience dining here today. It isn’t everyday that you run into exceptional customer service. Estella was beyond my expectations she was friendly knowledgeable clean welcoming she made me feel like she was my family. I would go back just to see her. From day one this place has had inept employees and managers. Check out the photos I just uploaded a black hot dogs they sold us tonight. I went back immediately and returned them and the lady said oh well some people ask for them like this. I didn’t ask for day old hot dogs that are dried out literally halfway through the hot dog. Those had to be sitting out all day.
It isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with them last time they they made us wait about 20 minutes and then gave us bratwurst instead of before hot dogs we ordered. Whatever you do make sure you check every single item in your order before you leave. Or just avoid the hassle.

Customer service is lacking. Went inside, only us in line about 4 different employees saw us and no one said anything for a couple minutes until finally a kid came over to take my order. Kid brought out the food which was 4 dogs and 2 medium fries for two of us and said we could only have 5 ketchups. Okay whatever but said he would return with the drink which he never did so I had to go back up for that. Fries were hot and fresh the hotdogs were poorly put together and bun wasn’t edible due to the wrapping it was soggy and falling apart. Go to the other location.
