Had dinner at Paci this past Saturday evening. Wow! Every single item, from appetizers to dessert, was outstanding. The only thing better than the meal was the service. Paci, don’t change a thing when it comes to your service. Our servers could not have been more attentive (without being intrusive). It’s truly an art, and you’ve got it down. Paci is the first restaurant I have gone to for indoor dining in CT since March and I would highly recommend it. They have installed hospital grade filtration systems, plexiglass barriers at the bar, and elegant screens to separate tables into private areas. They now offer catering and Italian groceries like their sauces to go by phone which will be a treat this winter. It is a family-owned small business and could really use the support of our community right now.

Spectacular! I have no idea why we hadn’t been back to Paci in so long but boy did we have a fantastic meal tonight. The setting is amazing. Absolutely perfect outdoor setting. The service was amazing ( thanks Saul!). The food was superb start to finish. Bob and Donna are at the top of their game! We will not be missing out again!

Paci is top notch. Their attention to detail is what makes this place so amazing. The decorations for the holidays were very classy, even the menus were absolutely perfect. As always, the food can’t be beat. All quality products are used in all dishes. Our server was very attentive, she was right on time when needed, but not intrusive. It was obvious that our server had her eye on her tables at all times. Never once had to look for our server, seemed that when anyone at our table needed something, she was already there.

Had lunch at cafe paci yesterday – all the food was amazing. Highlights included the oysters, calzone, leeks with sardines, and the carrot ice cream.
But writing this review due to the amazing service Cam our waiter provided. He was so warm and friendly throughout the meal adding that element that really takes a great meal to the next level. At the end of our lunch we mentioned we were doing a bit of traveling throughout Australia and he then gathered some staff and the put together a list of 29(!) restaurants in the various cities we would be visiting.
Amazing, staff, food, and vibes. Must go here!
