I love Starbucks, but I hated that I had to drive so far to get some, so I was so happy to hear that one was coming to Weston. I go all the time now. Everyone is so nice and amazing customer service. All the drinks I’ve gotten are good, and the ham and Swiss on a baguette that I always get never disappoints.

As a self employed artist, I am on the road and drink a lot of coffee. I am disappointed that locations no longer have outside trash bins and are not able to accept my empty coffee cups as I purchase a new coffee.
I could not carry my two new coffees and my other used cups safely without burning myself, so I discarded them where I could without littering.
An employee came out and was being super rude about it, offering no help, compassion or understanding!
I will never support a company that treats regular customers in that manner. Have some heart people!

Ever since Starbucks came to Weston, my girlfriend drags me there all the time. Every time we’ve gone, there has been nothing but good customer service. I really like their jalapeño chicken pocket, it has the right kind of heat without being too spicy.

Got a shaken espresso drink that seems to get messed up frequently at some locations because I use sweet cream as the “milk” base. Decided to give this location a try and it was PERFECT. Also got a written “Nice Hack” on my cup. They were so friendly and my day was good because my coffee was perfect.

Since this Starbees opened, I am here daily❤️ I have an extremely complex and sugar filled drink order and they always get it right. Some of the employees even know it’s me and it makes me feel good to know they take pride in knowing their customers. This is a wonderful location, I do wish I could go inside. But the drive thru concept is cool too.

Past two drinks have been made wrong . Gingerbread Latte was very strong and didn’t have whip cream with it . The Mango lemonade didn’t get made with it the dragon fruit but was promised it tastes the same it looks like straight up water . Prices you want to charge and things can’t even be made right or look like the picture on the menu.
