Great new restaurant! I’ve been waiting for them to open to try the pho. I got to try it today and it was worth the wait. I got the pho with beef and it was excellent as well as the crispy hot basil pad Thai with shrimp and summer rolls with shrimp. The waitstaff was very prompt and friendly. I’ll definitely be returning to try more dishes.

We had such a great first experience! All the food was absolutely delicious and reasonably price. Very good portions for the appetizers and we ordered chicken and beef Pho. I’m so happy there is a closer Pho restaurant in the Bristol area now! The place clean and the whole staff were very friendly and attentive. The service was quick too. We will be back! There is so much more on the menu to try.

My family and I are avid Thai food lovers. We love trying new Thai places in CT, so we were excited when this place opened up. We ordered drunken noodles, hot basil, and summer rolls for takeout and we were pleasantly surprised!! The food was hot, fresh, and spicy. Delicious Thai food! Can’t wait to try the pho as well. We will definitely be coming back.

Had lunch here. I was the 1st to open the store.. I happened to arrive at 12 noon right when they were opening. I had the chicken pho, which was awesome. The flavor was great not salty I did notice it had a hint of bacon. Overall, the food was great and the staff was friendly and frequently checking up on us. If I happen to be in the area, I wouldn’t mind eating here again.

10/10 Very authentic and fresh ingredients. Came with my sister we were so excited to finally see that they were open. Serving size and prices are so worth it! Food comes out fast and is hot! We will Phosho be back!! Got the scallion pancakes, spring rolls beef and shrimp pho.

I was waiting for this place to open up for a few weeks now. It finally opened today and it was worth the wait. I had their beef pho and crab rangoons. The crab rangoons were excellent, way better than what I was expecting. The pho was also excellent. I was able to taste the hours and hours they invested into making the broth. This will be my new go to Pho place.

The pho was delicious, great flavor, scallion pancakes where delicious flaky and came with a delicious ginger sauce. The waitress was super friendly and very hospitable!!! The restaurant was clean and well maintained!!! Definitely going back!!!

As of this date, July 25, 2023, it appears pho bristol is closed and no more. The sign is replaced with one that reads “Pho & Spice 2”

Waited forever to get my food, paid extra for extra meat/ shrimp in my soup and did not get it or if I did there normal amount is not much and they snuck in a added service fee on top of it. We will not be back. Very unorganized and poor presentation and restaurant did not smell clean either.
