We’ve had the pleasure of dining here multiple times, and it continues to impress us every single visit. The food is absolutely phenomenal—every dish we’ve tried has been perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully plated. You can tell there’s a real passion behind the menu.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is always outstanding. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and makes you feel right at home.

Can’t speak of the food but the band they had on 7/27/2023 was on POINT! Vocals, Band, and speakers were great. Had me walk all the way from the track to just see who was singing so well. Bring your wallet though drinks were expensive and but did seem to be well made and folks were happy. Nice outdoor bar.

Sorry- been going here every summer for the past 15 years during our racetrack visits- had to downgrade the review after this past weekend- security absolute inconsiderate garbage- taking cash, not stamping- probably putting $ in pockets then denying entry, no cameras? Manager was very nice and took care of us after incident but we should have called police immediately or requested manager. Nothing worse then security that thinks they are the secret service. And would be a good idea to check id’s thought it was the law but maybe they have their own laws in Saratoga Springs. Will not be returning here. Once a respectable place to hang out definitely downhill.

Had a wonderful dinner at Siro’s last night. Michael Stone is the consummate maitre d. He cheerfully reseated us when i mentioned that the large table behind us was really loud (they were fine, just a large group), adjusted the a/c when he saw a few of us with our jackets on, checked in on us all the time- really made us feel special. Our server Natasha was awesome, and the sommelier was great too. Everyone chatted with us even though they were busy. The food – appetizers and main were really delicious- inventively prepared. Can’t wait to go back next season!

My wife and I came for a race week and had a fantastic dining experience at Siro’s.
the doorman/greeter, the Maitre’D Mr. Stone, our server Nicole, the busgirl- all went above and beyond.

There were less than 10 people in the bar. They charged my group of 5 $10 each cover saying the band was coming on BUT THEY DIDN’T START FOR 2 HOURS. Total liars. We heard maybe 3 songs in the 2 hours with 2 being warm up. Total scam and awful experience, especially when we were with a local homeowner. He wasn’t pleased and won’t take guests there again. Felt taken advantage of. Also don’t what they have the nerve to call pizza lol. Just don’t all around.
